I bought 5 of these tablets for our kids for christmas, and four of the 5 the connector on the key board broke within the first hour of use. The keyboard is cheaply made, one connector pulled out when the cable was removed, one pushed fu ft her into the keyboard when the cable was inserved and two simply broke away when the connector was Jared very so slightly. I would not buy the keyboard. The tablet charger connector is extremely fragile, don't bump it or use it in your lap while charging.

This unit is good for the younger or older who are not familiar with using internet. Unit starts right up for easy access, no problems with keyboard seems to hold charge for good amount of time.

Got this for my younger sister. This is perfect for her because I do not want her to use my kindle.

Since I got it for my 10 year old, I have not heard of any complaint. She's enjoying it. She downloads games and other applications she likes and she's having fun with it.

The key pad was broken. And the picture was not functional. When told it could not be replaced for 1 to 2 months. He ended up getting an inferior product and had to spend another 20$ for the replacement.

This was a gift for my 15 yr old and it's been only about a month, but thus far though she seems happy with it, there have been a couple complaints of the tablet overheating and soon one trip to the geek squad to get the keyboard/cover looked at because the USB port is broken. How this situation is handled will tell me a lot more. The quality of the screen, video, and e reading are all pretty good, no complaints there, but I guess for the price I paid, I shouldn't and didn't expect a computer quality unit. I would recommend this ONLY at this price and ONLY if it was going to be a gift as a starter for someone.

This pad does everything it should. Can download any apps, watch movies, play games.

The tablet works well in itself. I have returned it once do to the port coming out when the tablet was unplugged from the keyboard. The 2nd has done the same thing.

I bought 5 of these for grandkids and they love them.

I bought this for a specific purpose; I went way and took pics and videos. I did make a scrapbook, but I wanted a table to take with me and show the movies and pics. They look great and I am thinking of buying another one for another vacation memory. REALLY GREAT DEAL!!! I do own apple products, but wanted to try something different-glad I did!!

The blue case broke after 2 weeks. Not very good for older children.

Delivery was fast and also the tablet worked extremely well.

I had this in my hands for two hours (at most) and the port broke that connects to the keyboard. I bought a service plan because, let's be real, it is a cheap tablet but I am not buying an expensive one for my seven year old child. I also bought the 1yr accidental service plan because I expect it to either break (bc she will be 7) or something might go wrong since it is cheap. The tablet is really AWESOME and with the little time that I was on it, I love it so far. When the keyboard worked, it was great. It felt like a mini laptop. I took it back to Best Buy and the mgmt re-ordered the tablet and paid for the express delivery so that my daughter will get it by her birthday this week. Hopefully, we will not have another mishap so quickly but I know that she will love it and if it happens again, I am covered.

I bought this table for my 8 yr old and she loves it. It's a great price for a first tablet, and it comes with the perfect amount of accessories. Unfortunately it freezes way too often and the screen is weirdly sensitive.
