The installer confirmed my appointment ahead of time which I liked. They arrived early which was fine since they called ahead of time and asked if it was ok if they arrived early. They got the job done without any problems.

Toms Toolbox installed our microwave/ oven. We were extremely happy with their services Love all the features. I wish our designer would have planned for it to be installed at 21 inches rather than 28 as the microwave door opens forward and is a bit too high making it awkward to get items in and out for shorter people.

Like the easy to use dials and settings. Overall oven preforms well for my needs. The microwave is a great size in depth ,height and width . So far I have really enjoyed baking in it . Our salesperson was also wonderful. We would definitely want to work with him again in the future.

Installer arrived on time and got the old oven out quickly and cleanly. The new oven was a very tight fit but he was able to get it flush with brick kitchen wall with no tipping or wobbling. He was able to dispose of the old oven for us and clean up all debris he created in unpacking the new oven. Was very pleasant to talk to and discuss the installation. I would recommend him highly.

We needed to lower our combo microwave/oven location and the installed did a great job. They cut out the shelves and lowered them about about 7". This allowed them to swap the cabinet doors above and below the oven for a great look. The were in and out in about an hour with no mess.

The service men were prompt and courteous. They verified the dimensions and confirmed that no additional trimming of the cabinet was necessary. The removed the old unit, installed the new one, and took away the old unit and all pacing material. They spent additional time reviewing the systems operation.

While I had 3 appliances scheduled for installation, This is the only one that was done to my satisfaction. The appointment was kept as scheduled, the installers were on time and were very knowledgeable. The install went quickly and they cleaned up the packaging.

Jeff from Royal Appliances in Cedar City made the experience the most pleasant one ever. He and his assistant took the time to explain exactly what they were doing and what the products did and how to operate them. They were professional, tidy, courteous and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend them.

Quick and professional. Wish they had explained about accessory trim before installation - they did provide information as to where trim could be obtained.

I would have given a one (1) star to the first installation as the cabinet was not big enough and they could have cut it, but they were 3 hours later than the latest time and I was the last stop. Thank God a highly competent installer came the second time after I had the opening fixed by the contractor and he saved the day with the microwave and double oven installation.

All went well. Timely, friendly, and answered all my questions with smile. Removed old applience and installed new. Made sure everything worked and proveded operating instructions. Cleaned up after, a pleasent experience. Not do much for the equipment. It will need to be replaced.

Had free installed during GE promo. They came out really promptly after purchase but rushed job, wanted to charge extra and left in a hurry leaving a big gap in cabinet above oven when we resisted. Since circuit breaker popped 30 min later we were concerned and requested a revisit. Meanwhile I cut some plywood sheets to raise oven in cabinet. Second crew was very friendly/helpful, confirmed electrical connections were good, inserted boards (now fits and looked perfect) and waited around forever to heat to make sure no more issues. So most of stars are for 2nd install crew.

A traffic accident on the interstate blocked the team from arriving on time but they notified me continuously which was extremely considerate. Both installers were knowledgeable about installing and operating my new GE oven and microwave! They also had a sense of humor and worked very quickly. The installers were first rate!

The installer was very nice, but these ovens are very heavy and my husband and son in law had to help the installers lift it into the cabinet. I’m not sure what they would have done if it was only me here.

So far, everything is working well. We had JennAir products in the past without any issues (25 years old) and they were still working when we recently replaced them. Our salesperson Newton did a FANTASTIC job through the whole process....

The first thing the installers asked me is if I measured before I purchased. Then they told me it was not going to fit several times. Then they told me they were going to have to shave down my cabinet to make it fit. Then they slid the oven in the original hole without any problems or any shaving of the cabinet. Why did they need to stress me out when the oven fit just like I had thought it would? We love the oven and the installation turned out to be good.

good - came on time but clean up was lacking a little - no worries for it was easy and we were happy to get it installed so quickly.

There are so many options on both the microwave portion and the oven. I think what I like about it more than anything is that both the oven and microwave can operate as a convection ovens. So that gives me two ovens which I wanted but didn’t have room for them and a microwave. Highly recommend it

The basic installation was free that comes with purchasing the oven. The installer was professional and had all the tools to finish within an hour. We had to pay extra to cut the wood in order to fit.

Installation went smoothly although only 1 tech showed up to install/remove a double oven. My husband was able to assist in the taking out and replacing portion so as not to damage the oven, cabinets or floors. The tech was very nice and explained some of the operating functions.
