Bought first one release week and it wouldn't play on Samsung BD-E5900 (3D player#, Visio VBR133 #3D player#, or LG bluray drive on PC #2D only, DVD-burner). All with the latest firmware of of 01/22/2013. - Samsung player error: "Cannot play the disc. The disc does not meet the specifications." - Visio player error: Loading and then tray just opens - LG bluray drive on PC: Tray opens: Please insert disc Exchanged for another copy 2 weeks after initial purchase - same issue/errors. I've read similar accounts from people who have purchased at other retailers so I'm not sure if it's a bad batch, incompatabilities with the 2D/3D combo disc format, or what. May try again, or just go for credit if possible on open media/product...

VERY COOL LOOKING STEELBOOK & GREAT MOVIE BUT I HAD ORDERED FOR SHIPPING TO MY HOME, THEIR WAREHOUSE CUT SIDE OF STEELBOOK WITH A KNIFE BLADE TO OPEN THE FACTORY BOX, ALSO THEY SHIPPED IN A BAG. CAME IN CUT & DENTED DUE TO POOR CARE & POOR PACKAGING BY YOUR WAREHOUSE SHIPPING DEPARTMENT. STEELBOOKS SHOULD BE SHIPPED IN BOXES ONLY, NOT BAGS!!!!

Recieved damaged seemingly from the factory. Looked fine from the outside. But when I opened it it fell apart in my hands. And was unable to return since I opened it not happy with this purchase at all especially since it is now sold out and hard to get.

One of my least favorite 3d movies. Too much grain added to video almost unwatchable. Seen much better 3d in almost any other 3d movie.

I gave it a 1 star because when I order it is the only one they have in a 250 miles away and it was a big dent in front of it I kept it because the only one they had left maybe that's why no one's bought it

I did not care for this movie at all. The story was slow and too predictable. Video was not the best, but it is acceptable. Audio was immersive when it needed to be, but not often.

Watched about 10 minutes and that's all I could take of the stupidity. Waste of money waste of brain cells I may never recover from.

Did not play. I received a non-US region coded video. It is now a paperweight. :(

Dreadful movie with DreDDful 3D, due to a grainy image, caused by the use of poor lighting, small format cameras, and high speed (3000fps) cameras.

Blu Ray would not play on either one of my players. After updating to newest software, still would not play. Returned disc, but store had no more in stock.

haven't received the movie yet so how am I going to review it? :(

Cannot say I was too impressed with this movie. Special effects were ok, but the story line was not that great.

The Stallone version was far better, which pretty much tells you everything you need to know.

The first one wasn't very good and this version made that look worth looking at.

I did enjoy the 3d effects and that is what I bought it or, but the acting STUCKS.

Was hoping it would be good the movie sucked 3D was alright

Don't buy if you have a Sony player. The player is the latest model.

I rented this movie through Redbox, was ecstatic to find the 3D version on the rental to play on my new 3D TV. Immediately wanted to own it, so I bought it from Best Buy. A few days later, I went to go show some friends, and the disc wouldn't read in my PS3. Tried it in another PS3 and a computer's blu-ray drive, both wouldn't read it. I returned it for another copy. This one read, but the 3D version froze every 20-30 seconds. The 2D version worked great, but I bought the movie for the 3D. I returned this copy for another one that just flat-out didn't read like the first. When I went to return the third copy for a fourth, the CSR saw my stack of return receipts and offered to exchange it for store credit or a different movie. I was worried about Best Buy's return policy on open movies, but they person was very very helpful, so no hard feelings. I would sit tight for a little while before buying this movie. Let them work the kinks out.

The first copy I purchased was unreadable by both of my blu-ray players. Naturally, I checked for updates, disabled BD-live, and tested out other new blu-rays such as The Dark Knight Rises. I came to the conclusion that the disc I received was defective so I went to Best Buy and exchanged it for another. The replacement also won't load. I have a collection of over 100 blu-rays, and two players, my PS3 Slim and my Vaio notebook with a Blu-Ray optical drive. Either this disc can't possibly be read by the players I own until a firmware update is released, or a bad batch of discs were shipped from the manufacturer. In either case, there is no immediate solution. Hopefully Best Buy will break policy and allow me to exchange for store credit since another copy will likely yield the same results.

Should've read reviews online before buying. The 3D version plays but the 2D doesn't and it seems to an issue exclusive to BestBuy copies. I have a 2011 Panasonic BluRay player running updated firmware and it says the disc is incompatible. Swapped it for another copy and same issue.
