I had the older DroneMobile devices years ago and they had some issues, and after not needing them for a few years because my other vehicles had there own version of cell apps I’ve come back to DroneMobile and it’s so much better! The response time is fabulous! Now if they can somehow get it to do voice commands that would be over the top. Team DroneMobile keep up the great work.

I really wish I would've bought this sooner. I had a remote starter on my VW for about 2 months now installed at best buy that used my OEM key fob. The range was useless unless my key fob was in direct line of sight of it. I bought this and it took 5 minutes to install. I now have unlimited range and its awesome. I could be in the back of Walmart and start my car from there no problems. There is also maybe a 1 sec delay but other than that, I recommend this.

I recently had a compustar remote system and alarm installed on my truck. I purchased the drone thinking this would be a great upgrade, I really wanted notifications regarding the alarm when I was inside of buildings or far away from my truck. The app itself looks good and is easy to use. I can remote start, lock, unlock, arm, locate, and see a history of what has happened with my truck. That functionality works fine. Notifications have been practically non existent since the start. I tried to set the app up on my iPhone and my android phone, and I get the same results on both platforms. I contacted their support, and two days later I get a response that they reset my account. The app started sending notifications consistently for about 3 hours before logging itself out and going back to not sending any notifications. I tried rebooting, reinstalling, clearing cache, force stop, logging in and out and I get nothing. I contact support again, and a day later they tell me they enabled more notifications, which resulted in about 3 engine on/off notifications until it stopped again. Support tells me now that they escalated my ticket. The key selling point for me was notifications on my phone, and that is completely unreliable. I also have to keep logging in to use the controls. They took my money for a subscription to an incomplete product. It's clear looking at the app store reviews that there is an issue, and Firsttech does not seem to be addressing it. If the problem doesn't resolve soon, I will likely ask for my money back. It's a shame, because the remote start and alarm are awesome, but the app to use this device is practically useless.

It does work but needs many improvements. The app should refresh everytime you start it. Sometimes it is a hour old. The alexa integration is useless. You can unlock or lock you car. Like you really need alexa to do that. But you CANNOT start your car with aleza. Why i have no idea. Thier website says coming soon. Like a year ago. You have to pay a monthly fee for even basic service. But it does start the car from anywhere. Can be used on multiple phones. But must have same sign in.

I have had this for over a month now, and I am very pleased with it. I work in a very large factory at night, and through the winter this is very handy to have. No more scraping ice from the windows for 30 plus minutes at 4 in the morning. I always love how not only can I start the engine but I can lock my car from my phone. You can pull up the vehicles exact location and view it's travel record.

Bought this for my wife. She drives to a public transit and takes a bus downtown about 30 minutes every day. While on the bus she can turn this on and warm up the car in the parking lot from anywhere. Plus it gives me a notification and I can tell how long it will take for her to get home. Great product. The only time it didn’t work was in the country where we had little cell service

I like this unit wanted to be able to start and monitor my car from my phone this does a great job. Only had one day where it was down part of the day but otherwise it's super fast and accurate. Nice to be able to check and see that the doors are locked after you exit a vehicle and are inside a building.

Loving my Drone mobile. Works flawlessly with my compustar remote start unit. I can start my car from anywhere now and get confirmation its outside warming up even if I can't see it. I also saved some money on my car insurance as the plan I have includes gps tracking on the vehicle so in the case of theft the vehicle can be located. Thanks Geeksquad Installers for the installation.

I had this add on item for three weeks now. After 2 weeks of my 4 week trial I found that my subscription had been cancelled. I added a credit card to my dashboard to pay for a subscription only to find out they did not charge my card. A day afterwards, I logged onto my dashboard to find that my car and unit are no longer on the dashboard. I tried to add it back on but I was denied. I have emailed them twice about this issue and I NEVER got a response back from them I fell as if I wasted my money on a worthless add on module. To be fair, when it worked for the first two weeks it was great.

I can use this device to remote start the car, lock, and unlock doors, check inside temperature, etc. Its reliability is dependent of cell phone service- the app will not work if you don't have service on your phone.

I definitely recommend this! It's so awesome. you can literally turn your car on from anywhere! It is subscription based, fyi.

Best Buy installs this for the retail cost of the Drone device. Sometimes for less if they have sales. The Drone works great and for $5 a month I'm really happy.

I like this product. It’s very good to have it installed with auto starter and you can start you vehicle from anywhere.

This is way better than the viper module. This is much easier to use and is cheaper when you buy the cellular remote start option.

This is the best. I can start my car literally from any where. I can also track my car i love this.

Car starter works with any distance. I park my car in a ramp next to a large building with no line of site and it always starts.

Love the face that they have this as an add on for my remote start. Control my vehicle from my smartphone or smart watch.
