Fantastic film to watch on 4K UHD! The sound is incredible! I got lucky securing a copy for this steelbook and it is worth the price! Beautiful cover, great color. Preorders are the easiest way to make sure a copy is secured!

Ingot this for my boyfriend because he read the book when he was younger. He was exited to see this movie and cannot wait for the sexond one. I did not read the book, and i thought it was well done in general, albeit a bit slow paced for me. Overall good cast, interesting plot, and great visual/cinematography. The product worked as expected.

This whole movie is a masterpiece and for anyone that collects these movies this is a must. My home theater wouldn’t be complete without my Dune movie. Also, he should’ve been nominated for best director at the very least.

Happy to see a reboot of this movie. Also glad it’ll be long due to being at least 2 parts. Story has been mostly on par with the original but sad to see some of the scenes and details missing. All in all a good one to have

Best viewed on the biggest screen you can find. I recently moved my 4k smart TV to our family room and replaced it with a 55 inch LG Qled with a Bose sound bar. Although I gave up some size the TV is spectacular and Dune was a great example of how good 4k with Qled is worth the extra money. I wish I coughed up. A little more to keep the size.

Splitting the original movie into two films is great. You get alot of the story filled in that was left out in the original. I can’t wait for the second one to come out.

First tried ordering when steelbook edition came out but later found out there were some issues and waited. Ordered mine just a few weeks ago when I saw it was back in stock and it arrived today. The over two week delivery hold up got me thinking "Uh oh? Missing disks issue?" I gently shook it before breaking the wrapping around the steelbook and heard the sound of disks rattling! Thank goodness it came complete with two disks and the Movies Anywhere code. Sure, I could have bought the regular blu-ray or regular 4K version but movies like DUNE I really liked watching on the big screen I try getting steelbook version if one is offered.

It's quite rewarding to see a beautifully shot and mixed film transferred so well to disc. This one does not disappoint, and it certainly makes the point to continue making physical media.

This is a awesome adaptation of the novel; it’s very well directed and good choices of actors to play their parts. Fantastic/awesome special effects and the director paid attention to represent the details of the novel.

Excellent film. Great acting. Explains far better the story and characters than the original film. Filmography was awesome. 4k had great sound and superb graphics. Looking forward to part 2.

I love collecting steelbooks and this one is one of the most beautiful I own. Both inside and out the art and design is gorgeous. The movie itself is one of my favorites of the past year and looks phenomenal in 4K.

Great remake of this movie. One of THE BEST DOLBY ATMOS movies to date. 4K picture is great...sound is amazing. Wish I had been able to buy a Steel Book edition of this movie. Not sure if it was made that way.

The storyline followed the original series. The acting and special effects were very well done. The worms were very impressive. The only issue I had was that the soundtrack would be very loud and then when the people were talking the sound was low so I had to keep the sound remote in hand to adjust volume throughout the film.

**SPOILER** Overall this was a great movie to watch more for the scenery than the acting or screenplay. A bit slow here & there & some main characters get killed off in part 1. I did read the novel but that was decades ago. I hope the pace picks up in part 2 when it's released in a year or two. Please don't stretch this out to part 3.

dune a remake this movie is far better than the previous movie it is more serious more dramatic less comical much more entertaining and this is part one theres more to come

A movie's screenplay will make the film sink or swim. "Dune"'s screenplay outswims Michael Phelps. For those who claim it doesn't cover all the bases, I'm reminded of David Lean's response to that criticism of "Dr. Zhivago". Paraphrasing, he said that if he had filmed the book verbatim, it would have been an 18-hour movie. The 4K image is so good that the only better way to see this would be on the great silver screen, but I missed out on that chance. (Thanks, COVID!) Sound is a different matter. I found myself replaying whispered/mumbled scenes at a higher level, but that's probably, as my doctor likes to point out, part of the ageing process. I can't wait to see part two next year!

Good rendition of the books. The 4K also looks great.

Great packaging...you can't go wrong with the Best Buy Steelcase and the artwork really adds to the exclusivity of disc set. Audio/video is flawless in 4K/Atmos for an epic science fiction story that is Dune.
