    Was sold this when purchasing my new computer, router, etc. When geek squad set up the computer, I was told I didn't need it so it was returned unused.

    My beef is that the ad for the printer (An Epson Artisan 50) stated the cable was required. I naively assumed it was special, and not simply a standard USB cable that I have laying around from several printers that have bit the dust. When I realized my error I took it back to the El Cajon Best Buy. I was told there was nothing they could do for me, because it was over 15 days since I bought it. I was not going to start WW III for a piece of wire, but it did grate on me. What a crock.
