    I just put the cd in to download the software and then the adapter into the USB port along with my ethernet cable and I was ready to rock and roll

    Works fine. Only problem I had was, unit sent with cd to. My new computer does not have a disc drive. Instructions said go to their site for instructions but none there. Called their customer service, they did not know anything about what their manual said. They suggested I buy a external drive? Talked to 2 agents, same answer. Took computer to geek squad, took them about 30 seconds to down load. Best Buy great service!!!

    My Ethernet port was gone on my computer and I bought this and in a few easy steps I had an ethernet connection again. For the price is definitely worth it, and that it works so well I would recommend this to anyone.

    With the fact this was USB and the drivers were pretty much plug in play; there is not much more one can say. It worked when the on-board NIC failed.
