The air purifier noticeably improves air quality, the heater warms quickly and evenly, and the fan is great for cooling—all while being sleek and quiet. Setup was slightly tricky, and the cord could be longer, but these are minor drawbacks. Overall, it’s a functional, stylish, and efficient unit worth the investment. Rating: 4.5/5

I depend on the Dyson link app to turn on cooling and heating. Imagine my shock when I was told newer models don't allow the app to turn on the heating. Enter BestBuy to save the day. The first one works great, but now I am buying a second unit to have a spare—an excellent price for the functionality.

It even says it was dirty. I can only tell you that my unit came packaged well and it looks brand new. Not dirty new filter remote, its perfect. Works like a charm. If you buy something that doesn’t work right, simply send it back and exchange it. Don’t write a bad review for a one off. Things happen. Things get past us sometimes. New items come out of a box and don’t work. Electronics are funny that way.

It's been quietly purifying and heating my whole living and dining room area since I set it up over a month ago , and I don't have to heat the whole house. The remote works great so I can easily change the temp as needed.
