This is a fantastic scale that lets you know in addition to weight, your body fat, water content, muscle mass, and bone weight. I'm not sure how scientifically accurate it is on those additional numbers, but doesn't matter as much because I'm more concerned about my numbers over time. Can't beat this price point and also looks great - I actually have the white/clear glass combo.

With this equipment you are qualified to measure your own body fat without any help or training. The goal when you test your body fat isn't to get accurate measurements. It's to get consistent measurements. You can go to any trainer and they will tell you the same thing. Datapoints are less valuable than trends. Buy this if your goal is to measure over a long period of time and want to enjoy watching your fat weight melting over time. If you're concerned about your body fat percentage, skip the commercially available body fat analyzers and ask your doctor about the use of more accurate measurement techniques. Dual energy X-ray absorptiometry. This is a specialized X-ray exam that provides detailed information about the ratio between fat, muscle and bones in specific parts of your body. Air displacement plethysmography. With this technique, you're enclosed in a computerized, egg-shaped chamber (Bod Pod, others). Also known as hydrodensitometry, this method involves sitting on a special chair submerged under water. Your underwater weight or body density is then used to calculate your percentage of body fat. This tool is as good as you are consistent. Drink the same amount of water each day, track your meals, sleep and exercise consistently. If you build the habit of measuring those 4 things you will be able to obtain more reliable data from this tool and make smarter choices to get you to your body composition goal.

The scale is a nice unit it will fit well in any bathroom. The stainless steel construction with the glass top makes this unit look particularly nice. Bright LED screen makes it easy to see the numbers. The operation of the scale is very straightforward and easy as well.

The Body Fat, Muscle Mass and BMI are all great measurements to see your progress as you lose weight. Even if you don't see the lbs go down, you can see your Body Fat decrease.

Was looking for a scale that does more than just gives me my weight. This scale is accurate (I have compared to scales at the gym) and it's very sleek looking. The bone, water and body fat measurements also seem to be accurate. I'm very happy with this product. There was one step in the profile set-up section that was kind of confusing, but that's mostly due to the documentation not being very clear.

I am very pleased with this scale. It is very easy to set up and use. I recommend reading the instructions before hand because it did take a little bit of time to set up, but it pays off in the end. I also love that you can have multiple users and it will automatically detect which users steps on based on your stats. I highly recommend this especially because of the features in this price range is excellent.

Scale is easy to use and is accurate. The battery compartment cover tends to fall off easily, causing the scale to lose power. Realized that the cover falls off when stepping on the scale from one side and it hits the floor.

This is a very good looking scale. Not to mention the fact that it is very accurate! Put a 30 lbs weigh on it and it was on point!

I mainly use it to keep track of my weight loss progress. It has a great design, the numbers are easy to read and it's not bulky at all. I'm not exactly sure how much to trust the bone mass though... I started of with a low number and it has increased since then. Not sure how that happened. Other than that it's a great scale and does what it says.

This is a great scale to use if you are looking for a reliable, accurate touch and go weight, but is has great bonuses in determing total % of body fat, muscle mass, and total body water as well as an estimate of bone mass. Multiple users can be set up easily and the scale automatically matches to user based on weight after initial setup- as long as the user has not lost or gained a significant amount of weight between readings and as long as the different users are not within 6 lbs of each other. If these circumstances apply the scale will not automatically pick a user but you cab identidy which user to record under manually. All in all its a good scale for basic statistics to keep track of progress whether your goal is building muscle or losing fat or both this scale can help you keep on top of your goals and multiple household users!

Scale works well and is easy to use and navigate. I have checked my weight with the sclae at my gym and they are accurate. I have no way to know if the other measurements are accurate but they seem accurate as well. Good scale for a good price.

This scale is great. It is simple to set up for multiple users. It is simple to use and easy to read. It has been accurate for me and I and glad I purchased this scale. The price was great for what all it does.

The scale comes with a manual that explains everything about the readings (body weight, body fat, bone weight, muscle percent, total body water) and their normal ranges. The scale also has multiple profiles available so that different members of the family can keep track of their own progress. It is very easy to set up and only takes 10 seconds to give you a detailed readout. The screen is easy to read and the scale itself looks really sleek.

This grill pan is great for a smaller kitchen. Fits over one burner and the handle is actually more useful than I assumed it would be. Heat distributes well and meat and fish all get a good grill to them. Nice alternative when I can't have a grill at my apartment.
