Waste of time.

My wife went to Best Buy, and tech told her she needed wireless camera (even though we have had exact kit installed at another Best Buy, and the kit would NOT support wireless camera). Waste of time.

After traveling to a distance town to have it installed the technician said it would reach that far. What a waste of time and money. I returned it and I now want to cancel the service plan I purchased as well.

Poor performance

2nd unit just died . Two in six months.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First unit was received at the end of June 2019 and install in early July. One month later it just wouldn't turn on. Pulled all the cabling out and RMA'ed the unit with the manufacturer, One month later I got the replacement unit. This time I only installed the mirror/dash cam and was going to install the backup camera this weekend and low and behold it won't turn on again. I would not recommend this model to anyone.

Excellent Installer and Product

The mirror is much bigger than the mirror it clips on to. The view is very clear. I could not be any happier. I have a 2016 FIat 500.
