Purchased the Ecobee after struggling to get my Honeywell Lyric smart thermostat to work with my heating & air system. The Ecobee was easy to install and even easier to set up. My system was up and running in less than 30 minutes

Bought this after doing my research and has already paid dividends. My old thermostat would turn on every 10 mins and with the ecobee it stays at constant temperature and barely has to turn on. Love the smart features and what it brings

Ecobee Smart Thermostat has a responsive display, a remote sensor and tons of smart integrations, including a built-in Amazon Alexa speaker. Bought it for a $50 off and received a rebate from city which made this a value for money deal.

I replaced my second generation Nest thermostat with this one from Ecobee. I wanted a thermostat that worked with Apple HomeKit, which this one does. It also includes an extra remote multi-sensor that functions as an occupancy, temperature and motion sensor which is extra with the Nest.

Wonderful customer service any time I have called. The customer rep actually stayed online the entire time we installed our new thermostat and all works great. Love the app and ability to adjust settings from anywhere. Plus it comes with Alexa!

Love the Ecobee thermostat with sensor. I installed and customer service was fantastic to work with. It’s great to know 5he temperature in different parts of the house because of the sensor. A lot of great features to save money.

Great product, no mounting options if you have a outlet box where your t-stat is so you have to improvise, for the price of the product you think the company will come up with a solution other then we hear a lot of complaints about that situation but we have no fix, other than that easy to use lots of features

Ecobee is a great home thermostat. I really like the extra sensor you can place elsewhere and keep the house an constant temperature. It's also nice being able to change to temperature with an app. Great product, easy to install and get started.

Ecoobee 4 smart thermostat works excellently. It's inbuilt Axexa application is awesome plus additional sensor that can be kept anywhere in your house. I got a good deal during thanksgiving and would recommend it to everyone.

Installed in about 30 minutes, did not have to use the adapter but had to connect a spare wire as the C wire. Integrated Alexa is a nice feature. So far so good, still have to connect the 2nd stage but that looks to be simple.

I purchased the Ecobee 4 to replace my current thermostat. If you have any trouble with the installation - the helpline does an excellent job of troubleshooting with you. Works perfect- app is easy to use and Alexa voice is a nice touch

I have the Ecobee 4 and Nest 3 thermostats installed at different location in the home. I am not very impressed with the Ecobee as it acts more like a programmable thermostat than a self learning one. The battery life of the sensor is extremely bad.

We originally started with the Nest thermostat but it quit working after 1-2 weeks (tried a replacement also). Our furnace wasn't wired correct for it. The Ecobee provided the adapter that was necessary to make it to work in our environment. Pretty happy with the unit, just wish the app was more intuitive.

Pre installation and installation was simple. A basic knowledge of general electrical connections helps.Customer service was fantastic. Software upgrade on my tablet wouldn't allow me to connect but they solved it in a few minutes.

I am very happy with the eco bee 4 thermostat. just like it's predecessor it is easy to program and set schedules. The added Alexa created a central location for my voice commands for light control and weather checks.

The ecobee is a must have for your smart home automation especially for Amazon Prime account lovers. It also truly will save you $$ each month on your electric bill because of its energy efficient capabilities!

This is way better than any smart thermostat out there. Especially when you have a sensor in each room. Unfortunely I had to return mine because I didn't end up getting the house I wanted, but would have kept it if I ended up there.

I did the research and read the reviews and since I already have so many things connected to Alexa, I decided to buy the Ecobee - it has been incredible as well as saved on my energy bill....couldn't be happier!

The ecobee was a great adition to our house. It is not just a good smart thermostat. Is a piece that brings a modern look to your wall. Regarding its function, it helps us to save money and the environment. Highly7 recommended.

I was replacing an Honeywell thermostat with a 3 wire config and a control module, but once I figured the a/c unit wiring out it was easy to install and configure... house has been much more comfortable since.
