I purchased this when it was an $1100 machine stating it was great for all surfaces and for pet hair. I would have been better off purchasing a $100 robot for cleaning. This thing is so glitchy. It doesnt follow the zones half the time gets stuck and just cleans the same area over and over. Even after creating a new zone still the same issues. Then the key reason i purchased was for pet hair and automatic removal of waste. Well, that is not the case. I have to clean the dust bin manually every single time. What is the point of this machine when it does nothing it states. Oh and last thing, half the time it cant even find its home. Waste of money and will never purchase from deebot again.

Its a good vacuum. Does the work. The issue is the software. The mapping keeps getting off and i have to re-do the scanning. I wish ot was just set and done.

Much better cleaning compared to the Roomba that we had. Would be even better if the room set-up was easier.

I like how quiet this model is and that it has 2 rotating brushes for easy pick up

Best buy ever. It vacuums and mops. You can choose the intensity for both chores.

Best thing ever! I have a husky/malamute mix thats sheds like crazy and i have not used a broom since i purchased this product. I run it every morning. Only regret is that i wished i would of waited for the new one to come out.

I bought this as a gift for my mom. She absolutely loves it. She has a dog with a lot of hair and it picks up and emties itself without her lifting a finger. The floor mopping option works well too. Thanks.

Love ECOVACS. This is my 4th. I have a vertical house with multiple floor. This thing works great. Longer battery life vs the N8 series. Definitely will stay in this ecosystem.

Works well. It gets a little confused sometimes though & you have to watch it.

We have had this for one week and it does a good job of vacuuming, but we have a dog and two cats. It will not suck the hair out of the vacuum. I have to take the beater out and dig the hair out manually. So if you have pet hair, don't buy it. Try something else.

Works good as a vac never tried the mop its all carpet up stairs

This little machine is great! The mapping is great excellent, not too loud and really covers alot of ground quickly

I love this vacuum. It does a really great job, even the edges. Uses little water to mop and the mopping pad cleans easily with dish detergent.

This little guy cleans the house throughly. The set up was simple and seeing the robot map out rhe entirity of the house within minutes was amazing!

I've tried to like this vaccum but frankly it's junk. It constantly gets stuck, the app doesn't communicate the errors properly or when it gets stuck. The only reason we bought this is if was on sale for black Friday. Would not buy it again.

If you are a busy person and hardly has time to clean, then this one is your best friend. I used this 2x a day and it has picked more than the iRobot vacuums.
