It constantly gets stuck, the app doesn't communicate the errors properly or when it gets stuck. The only reason we bought this is if was on sale for black Friday. Would not buy it again.

She has a dog with a lot of hair and it picks up and emties itself without her lifting a finger. The floor mopping option works well too. Thanks.

I have a husky/malamute mix thats sheds like crazy and i have not used a broom since i purchased this product. I run it every morning. Only regret is that i wished i would of waited for the new one to come out.

I have a vertical house with multiple floor. This thing works great. Longer battery life vs the N8 series. Definitely will stay in this ecosystem.

It will not suck the hair out of the vacuum. I have to take the beater out and dig the hair out manually. So if you have pet hair, don't buy it. Try something else.
