Best thing ever! I have a husky/malamute mix thats sheds like crazy and i have not used a broom since i purchased this product. I run it every morning. Only regret is that i wished i would of waited for the new one to come out.

Works great! Does just what it says! Makes my job so much easier!

Love this! It does a great job cleaning up cat hair and is very quiet. It sends an alert to my phone when it needs emptied. The app is easy to use.

nice vacuum for the price. cleans good but the mop feature could be bettered

It is a great vacuum, it does its job but for some reason sometimes the map gets moved in the app and then the robot won’t clean everywhere it is supposed to because of the shift on the map and then you have to delete the current map and do the mapping all over which is annoying.

All good , it does go mad at times and refuses to dock.

I love this vacuum. It does a really great job, even the edges. Uses little water to mop and the mopping pad cleans easily with dish detergent.

Works like a charm best machinery, I have ever purchased with one click of a button cleans my whole house couldn’t be happier

If you are a busy person and hardly has time to clean, then this one is your best friend. I used this 2x a day and it has picked more than the iRobot vacuums.

The sweeper bristles have disconnected from the unit, twice while in use now, but overall, it's worked as expected

We've had it for over a month now. Its been out if the box for two weeks. Everyone in my house has tried to get it to connect and work. It still has not left the dock one time. Probably will return it.

Broke down multiple times, it won't auto empty to base.

At first, it seemed that Deebot was working great, and we were delighted with its performance; it mapped the house well, kept our floors clean, and started on its scheduled cleanings like clockwork. Then, two weeks later, it started having malfunction after malfunction, stopping in the middle of cleanings and not returning to the dock; it also stopped cleaning thoroughly, skipping entire rooms or only cleaning 50% of a room before saying it was done and returning to the dock. Battery was never an issue because it would still have 80% or more of a charge; our home isn't that big. I would have to manually select areas for it to clean to get it to finish the areas or rooms that it skipped, and even then, it would miss areas. It seemed to always get lost, too, searching for the dock in every room before finally finding it. We never picked it up or moved it during cleaning, so there was no reason for it to get lost. We tried resetting to factory settings and starting over, but that only worsened the issues. The house map would double and flip, showing two layouts, so its location on the map would actually be outside of the house. It was very frustrating, to say the least; we learned the hard way you get what you pay for. I DO NOT recommend this robot, and I am convinced the good reviews were done when it was initially bought, and it is still working well.

I bought this one because it is more modern but i should have bought the 8 because it was way better :/ this one gets confused during cleaning goes over things it shouldnt and didnt bring any back up pads for cleaning or any bags for the dirt it picks up.

I’ve had 3 of these and have had to replace them at the 2 or 3 year mark. Bought the warranty each time wich i highly recommend. Good vacuum but doesn’t last.

Works very nice. Both vaccum and mop are good. Budget friendly.

Bought it for my kid. He loves it. Uses it consitantly. Would be great if they sold the unit with extra dust bags considerony you cant buy them in the store. But thats the only concern i have.
