Terrible with pet hair - Good at vacuuming

It will not suck the hair out of the vacuum. I have to take the beater out and dig the hair out manually. So if you have pet hair, don't buy it. Try something else.

Gets every bit of hair up and is fantastic at getting arround without getting stuck. Dont know how i lived without it.

It's so glitchy. Sometimes the schedule doesn't work. Why? Who knows, just gotta start it manually. Sometimes it can't find the dock. It will sit right next to the dock and the dock will "clear" the bin without it on it, then at the end sometimes it can't make it into the dock to charge. So manually empty the bin and manually place back on charger. Sometimes it just quits out of nowhere. Autoclean a whole house? Nah this time we did one room and went back to sit near the dock. Sometimes on a cleaning cycle it jams or gets stuck 10 times. Those times I mind as well vac the house myself because I'm constantly finding the robot to get it going again. I don't have an overly messy house but I do have pets and hair.

It's the equivalent of dragging a damp sponge across the floor. I do like the auto-empty feature. The instructions were lacking.... as well as customer support.
