I purchased this product, eero 6 AX1800 Dual-Band WI-FI 6 Mesh System, about 6 weeks ago for my Dad's house. It is his first Wi-Fi setup, much needed because he lives in an area with terrible cell coverage, even his cable tv stinks. Connectivity has always been a problem, so I needed to find something with blanket coverage and SIMPLICITY of use.
So far I am extremely happy with this. Setup was a breeze.
1. Just downloaded the app on his phone (which also is his first smart phone, yay dad!).
2. Plug eero main module into cable modem.
3. A temporary network was provided to connect to router.
4. Setup account information, i.e. login and password.
5. Locate permanent network and login. (optional: rename network to something personal).
6. Plug in second (or 3rd...) module and let it pair with main. Best done close together as possible.
7. Move all other modules to a central location at each floor or far end of home where internet is needed.
That's it, the whole setup took less than 15 minutes. Now there is is internet in all ends of his home. No dropouts or slow connection, it just works, and everything connects automatically. Quite different from a lot of the competitors. The speed is exactly what he is getting at the main modem. I would recommend this to everyone at it's full asking price, but if you get it in sale loke we did, it is a STEAL!

We live in a long, narrow apartment with 5 walls in between the front and back rooms. The cable modem/router is at the front end, and we were getting almost no Wi-Fi in the back half the apartment. This two-pack unit solved our issues. We're getting plenty of speed and coverage throughout the place now. Easy to set up, and has worked flawlessly since. Highly recommend.

We were having connectivity issues with the wifi in our home. Bought this to see if it would help and the improvement was immediate. Placed one upstairs and one by the modem and it worked like a charm.

I live in a two-story home, not including the basement, with my internet gateway on the top floor for best signal reception. I got an eero 6 mesh WiFi system to extend the signal to the first floor and to the basement where the signal is all but nonexistent.
The eero router has two ethernet ports and a USB-C port. Setup was very easy, and the instructions that come with the eero are clear and easy to follow.
After setting up the mesh network, one of the units sits right next to the internet gateway, and I placed the second unit on a small table on the first floor. This extends the WiFi signal to the basement, so now there are no longer any dead WiFi spots in my house.

I bought this to replace the router supplied by Spectrum. The Spectrum router runs at 5 Ghz only and there is no way to defeat this. A lot of the stuff in my house connects to 2 Ghz only.
The eero is controled by an app. It's convenient and has a lot of features available. One feature is the 5 Ghz can be defeated for 15 minutes and the 2 Ghz enables. Also Wi-Fi 6 can be reduced to Wi-Fi 5. This allows you to connect your 2 Ghz items. Once they're connected you can return the router to its normal operation - it works well and is easy to do.
The Geek Squad installed the router and connected all of the items in my house successfully. I'm very satisfied and also no longer have to rent a router from Spectrum.

Decided to used this with my T-mobile hotspot and it works wonders. The Eeros made it Possible for my home Security cameras all work seamlessly, my 2 TV's are streaming YouTube tv and I'm busy working on my laptop all at the same time. It was such an easy setup with the app .

I originally went in the buy a new Wi-Fi extender but after talking to the sales associate. I explained the problems (weak signal & strength and constantly having to reboot on a daily, if not multiple times a day), I was having since I live in like a mother in law house about 30-40 feet away from the main router in the main house. He told me that I needed a mesh router system and pointed out the eero system. He explained how the system worked. I had previously seen an ad for the eero Wi-Fi system and I liked what I read so I decided to try. And I’m so glad I did and it was about $40 cheaper than just an extender. Not only was it extremely easy to install (less than 15 minutes because of the eero app. And the app also helps find the best spot for extender.Had it for a week and not one reboot and a solid connection. Love it!!
