Very easy set up, i like the ease of be able to give friends and family my WiFi info when they come over. Great product and easy set up

I had a little glitch and had to get help from customer service but it went very smoothly and I spoke to someone on the phone that I could actually understand which makes a big difference. I have no dead spots in my home which is there levels. Overall I’m very pleased.

It works perfectly and handles all the devices, multiple smart phones, smart tv, and game consoles excellently.

Was having issues with the Wi-Fi signal range in the back of the house for security cameras. So far so good. I have a complete Wi-Fi signal throughout the whole house with no problem.

Installing an eero mesh router system

The Spectrum router runs at 5 Ghz only and there is no way to defeat this. A lot of the stuff in my house connects to 2 Ghz only. The eero is controled by an app. It's convenient and has a lot of features available. One feature is the 5 Ghz can be defeated for 15 minutes and the 2 Ghz enables. Also Wi-Fi 6 can be reduced to Wi-Fi 5. This allows you to connect your 2 Ghz items. Once they're connected you can return the router to its normal operation - it works well and is easy to do. The Geek Squad installed the router and connected all of the items in my house successfully. I'm very satisfied and also no longer have to rent a router from Spectrum.

Difficult to install and make functional. Had to pay an installer to fianlly set this up and make it work. Still not sure if it does.

If you're not sure about your devices receiving proper coverage, I'd recommend running a coverage scan. To do this you'll open the eero app, tap the Settings icon, select Troubleshooting, and then select the Device coverage scan option. Coverage Scan will evaluate the connection strength between devices on the network and the eero the device is connected to. Based on the results of the scan, the app will provide recommendations to improve performance. If you need further assistance, please reach out directly to eero customer support at (877) 659-2347. Only issue is the range for the one we have downstairs doesn’t reach to the front or back patio.

My home is 2200sqft and the speed is great. I’m running my tv and using my phone, running ADT security and 2 outdoor cameras. It’s great and worth every penny.

We have a 1500 sq ft home and the modem is at one end of the house, and the master bedroom at the other. This product made it possible to stream from the bedroom and didn't slow down the internet. Also was very easy to set up.

Its small footprint is another plus. The setup was easy and the app is easy to use and provides terrific information. If you have a reliable service provider that provides a constant internet signal, you will enjoy this system.
