Love WiFi 7

I felt like my signal didn't reach very far, like as soon as there was anything physically in the way, like even an open doorway, the speed got cut down sharply.

Posted .Hi DougT. Thank you for providing feedback regarding your experience with the eero Max 7 router. Each eero Max 7 router provides coverage up to 2,500 sq. ft. Each home is different, so where you place your eero will depend on the layout of your home and the materials used in its construction. For example, walls of brick, stone, and metal will be hard for your WiFi to penetrate. Depending on the layout of your home and the materials used in its construction, more eeros could be needed. I started with one unit with the idea that a second unit could be added for extra range. I am coupling this to 1.2 gb Xfinity service. The Eero sits in my basement. I am still getting over 100 mb on the third floor which is all I need. Very satisfied and I have a future proof system.

It easily added all of my wifi dependent devices, even ones i was having connectivity issues with previously.

I upgraded from a 6e pro only bc it couldn’t handle all of the devices connected to it. Now I have no problems with this awesome max 7

Still have an older eero 6 linked to the max 7 since most of my household does not have 6E nor 7. So makes perfect sense. Will add another max 7 or newer in the future to replace the older eero extender. Overall very satisfied.
