This unit is suppose to cover 6000 sq feet for the signal. Im in a 1900 sq foot home, and i cent get a signal outside in the yard nor in my garage for my cameras. Not sure what the solution is to be avle to get my cameras working.

Here are some possible fixes to help remedy the issue you are facing: 1. Place eero where they can talk to each other. 2. Place eero on a hard, flat surface. 3. Keep eero in open space. 4. Try placing your eero near doors; this may help since wood is less dense and easier for WiFi waves to penetrate. 5. Avoid placing your eero in a location near heavy metal or any other point of interference, such as a microwave. Moved away from Eero and went to TP-Link Deco...wanted to love because of the Amazon connection but nope stopped working after a software update for no reason and life is to short to go through all the hoops to get working. TP-Link just works and the software is light years better.

If you're having issues after a software update, try power cycling your gateway eero by unplugging the power cable from the back of your eero, waiting 30 seconds, and then plugging them back in. If that doesn't resolve the issue, call eero customer service at (877)659-2347. They’re available Monday-Sunday 6am-8pm PT. I hope this helps. Have a great day!

We bought this mess system with three additional devices to increase the Wi-Fi area in our home. We were told this will increase our speed (already have fast Wi-Fi) and increase our connection area. We also bought Total Tech to have it installed in case we have any issues. The total price was ok, and the installation was fine. Since we are having connectivity issues with most of our devices. We did not have this problem previously. Even as I write this review, my PC keeps dropping the connection. We do have Total Tech so lets see if they can fix it.

Just Google eero red light. These are the biggest pile of garbage I’ve ever owned. I’ve bought two sets thinking I got a bad first set. Nope they’re all junk. Thousands of people have same problem and their customer service is just as bad. Most technical people that’s had constant outages daily like myself state software is crap with eero and lacks the proper diagnostic ability to report back to eero. So glitches never get fixed even with software updates. Just avoid these, they may look appealing but they’re more trouble than they’re worth.

I'm a tech. I know routers inside and out. I've had this new wifi 6+ for one month and a week, which means it is not returnable...and my devices will no longer connect. I have to reset it once an hour just to watch tv. I love eero products but this is just plain sad. Perhaps it was released too early, but you expect it to just work..once restarted everything works ok for about an hour. Maybe less, maybe more. Then tv shows stop,.and have to reset it again. I tried another router I have and the problem goes away so it is 100% this unit. I believe it's the software but it might also be hardware. Either way, I'm out a lot of time and money.

I actually had quite a few problems setting up this device. I upgraded from the Eero pro (very old) which had at least 20 devices connected to it and got this Eero Pro 6E. It kept dropping signal to my Xboxes and actually got slower speeds to my devices. Maybe I just got a bad device, but I want impressed. So I got the Eero Pro 6 instead ( 2020 version) and haven't had issues at all with it

I purchased a bigger home, so I purchased this to extend my range and it works flawlessly! I have 1GB internet speed and this router handles every bit of it and more. I highly recommend this based on performance and price. It won't disappoint.

I can barely begin to describe how disappointing my experience with Eero has been. I went from a Orbi system that was older technologically, but was somehow still smarter and faster than this router and the 6+. The worst part is Eero customer service. My first 6E Pro went bad and stopped accepting connections. It took a full months before Eero would replace it. The process was “try this and wait 24-48 hours.” I’d do that and then be passed off to a different customer service person because the ticket automatically closed, and the process would start again. Really terrible hardware. Do not waste your time.

Have a 4 unit mesh system. Worked great for 6 months. Unit stopped putting out a WiFi signal that was the correct speed. The hard woired speeds were too slow to run YouTube. I have called Eero support 5 times now and they refuse to switch out the units. We reset a bunch of stuff and it runs fine for about 2-4 hours. Then nothing works properly. They can access your network without any verification code. As Ana Amazon company it worries me about my privacy. Trash routers. Worse service. Stay away!
