I also had a computer I bought at Best Buy that crashed I have paid for extended warranty but Best Buy would not work on my computer even if I just dropped it off at a store. Very unhappy about that. Had to purchase a new hard drive for another vendor in order to get back up and running. No way I could wait several weeks or maybe more than a month to get my computer back running. Other vendor fixed my computer in two days. I will be expecting some sort are payment from Best Buy
