Thanks to BestBuy& Geeksquad for doing there Job with my bike they came assembled my bike and I got to test it before they left. I’m all about safety and they make me feel safe to go ahead and ride so thanks to all.

Helped so much watching video on ebike assembly...

They didn't put air in the tires for my NIU – Bqi-C3 PRO e-Bike. Also one piece on the handlebar is cracked and it's left up to me to make the contacts to have it replaced. I said I would recommend because they were nice guys and I guess the issues aren't their fault. I just hope BestBuy rectifies the issues.

The delivery and installation went off without a hitch. And everything works just fine

2 guys showed up to assemble my e-bike. Both said they had never done this before & they would try to figure it out. After a couple hours they seemed to have it done. I asked one of them to test ride it to make sure everything works fine. He did and said it does. When I rode it, the front wheel wobbles & rubs against the front brake, so I can't hardly coast. It uses more electric power due to the friction/rubbing. I will have to take it to a bike shop and pay them to adjust it properly. I'm still giving 4 stars because the 2 guys were nice, they tried hard and it was a challenge getting assembly scheduled.

Daniel, the assembler was very nice and respectful. The problem is that he is an electronics guy and should not have been sent to assemble my E Bike. He has been to my house on 2 occasions to make the terrible noise in the front of the bike stop. I have requested that someone else take a look at the bike. This is not a bad review for Daniel. Your company should not be having an electronics guy putting together an E bike. This just does not work. I'm so upset about the amount of money I spent on something that I can't use.

Ah, the exhilarating prospect of zipping through the city on my brand-new electric bike, wind in my hair, and a twinkle in my eye! I was eager to hit the streets, so I turned to the seemingly reliable Best Buy Electric Bike Assembly Service. Little did I know, I was in for a wild ride that had less to do with the bike itself and more with the (mis)adventures of the assembly. Upon meeting my assigned assembler, I could sense that something was amiss. It was as if I had been teleported back in time to witness the first bicycle ever being built. A charming, enthusiastic young lad, he greeted me with a smile and a toolbox that appeared to be older than the internet. As he fumbled with wrenches and puzzled over bolts, I couldn't help but wonder if I'd signed up for a hidden camera prank show. As the hours ticked by, my once-pristine electric bike began to resemble a modern art masterpiece – a Picasso-esque vision of twisted metal and misplaced parts. The assembler, bless his heart, remained steadfast in his determination to conquer this mechanical beast. He was like a valiant knight facing a fire-breathing dragon, armed with nothing but a flimsy shield and an Allen wrench. In the end, my trusty steed emerged from this chaotic assembly process more like a wobbly tricycle than the lightning-fast electric bike I had envisioned. While the noble assembler had given it his all, it was evident that he was still in the "training wheels" phase of his career. In conclusion, my experience with Best Buy's Electric Bike Assembly Service was nothing short of a rollercoaster ride. Alas, I'll have to seek the assistance of a more seasoned bike mechanic to bring my two-wheeled dream to life. So, if you're looking for a bike assembly service that's equal parts entertaining and bewildering, look no further than Best Buy – just make sure to keep your expectations in check and your helmet securely fastened. I ended up returning the bike.

I recently purchased a bike online and opted for the assembly service offered by Best Buy. I'm extremely satisfied with the service I received. The assembly was done professionally and efficiently, and my bike was ready to ride in no time.

They were very nice and very good at putting the heybike together.

Overall a good job but something wasnt right and wax causing a rub on front wheel.

Sorry this was a joke. First kid they sent told me he had never done this before. showed up hours late. Broke product while trying to assemble it. Second guy called to say he was on his way, showed up hours later with assembled e-bike he could not explain, will read the book myself to figure out how it works. Was lied to by everyone for ten days.

Excellent service and. Fantastic gentlemen helped assemble my mom’s birthday gift and they went the extra mile! They were awesome and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

I bought this Aventon bike for my wife and paid the fee for on-site assembly because I was concerned about electronic connections and brake and gear setup. I should have watched the videos from Aventon. If you have even modest mechanical ability your can assemble this bike. The BB employee was timely and polite, unfortunately he wasn't experienced, having only assembled two other bikes and not the one we purchased. After he left and my wife began riding I discovered the handlebars were two inches off center, the front fork was not installed securely and the computer was improperly placed due to the handlebars being incorrectly installed. Correcting the handlebar issue and front fork problem was not difficult but the computer placement correction was hampered by the technician stripping all the bolts fastening the computer to the handlebars. In retrospect, after watching the videos I knew more than the technician I paid $150 to assemble the bike.

The bikes were assembled quickly. One of them had a problem with a headlight and I contacted the installation team. They handled the matter quickly and replaced the bike. Very professional!

Brandon was our tech person. He was prompt on being here at the scheduled time, and called when he was on his way. He took great care in assembly outside, and then rode the bike to make sure it was safe. He then went over all the aspects we should know. A top notch employee!

On the good side - delivery was on time and the delivery team was very nice. The rest isn't great - it just simply wasn't assembled well. The front axel clip was on backward, handle bars misaligned, front brake and wheel was all messed up, fenders were not on properly... all sorts of things wrong here. I basically had to take it all apart and put it back together myself, which isn't the end of the world since assembly was free with Total Tech I already had. I'm still having issues with the front brake alignment, I plan to take it to a bike shop and see if they can resolve it.

This was a great and unexpected benefit of TotalTech. The crew showed up exactly on time, worked cleanly, and did a great job of assembling my e-bike. They took away all the packing materials.

Technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and very easy to get along with. Did a great job assembling my Aventon eBike.
