The installation of the Maytag dryer went fast and was expertly done. The delivery crew was friendly and I highly recommend them!

The crew did a fast and efficient install of the dryer. It was connected properly to the wall vent and it worked nicely. They turned it on and made sure all was good before leaving.

Installation was smooth and fast and he had the dryer running in a few minutes. He did a demo run and explained some of the features.

They instal my dryer very good and it’s working so Good

Delivery was easy they took my old ones they were a replacement from insurance.

I only give them 4 stars for my dryer installation because they didn't ask which side I wanted my dryer door to open. I should have thought to tell them, but didn't think about it until I dried my first load of clothes so now I have to bend over the door to load clothes from my washer to my dryer.

I really like my dryer, but the installation process was painful. The guys that brought it just left it on the back deck and left. I finally got it installed by some nice guys, but they didn't have to use the kits. I'm waiting to have the credit show on my statement. My rating on service, professionalism, and expertise is one star for the first guys that came out, and rating for the second guys is 5 stars.

I want to thank the delivery guys who came to install out dryer. I was not on site, my son was there, but I was told they really worked hard to make sure the dryer was installed into a tight spot and especially made sure the hose behind the dryer was not kinked like the previous installation.

A review was submitted directly to Pacific Sales for the great assistance by Leslie in their appliance dept.. We are very happy with the LG Washer & Dryer and hope to keep them as long as we had our previous W/D (approx. 18 years). Thank you Best Buy for the great products and services.

The dryer is great, but this review is for "installation". The door was facing the wrong way and couldn't open in the laundry area. The installation gentlemen informed me they couldn't fix that, I would have to schedule another appointment and it would probably have a $100 cost. 'tI didnt have a week or two to wait for a new appoinment, so I watched the youtube video on changing a dryer door and did it myself. not a good installation service when I have to do it

I am not one to feel good about giving a bad review. But when necessary I will. To that my install date kept getting rescheduled and often later in the day when I have already taken time off and half my day wasted. After a lot of phone calls and promises we finally got our product we waited a month for. The installers were nice and polite. One was new and being trained but likely over eager as he seemed to be moving ahead of where he should be. I wasn't present to see what happened but it's like my pedestal was damaged in the installation process. They were installing the washer at the same time and it appears that a hose was installed backwards and I need to replace because it has a gasket that is damaged and now leaking. When I contacted Best Buy about the process as I was prompted so I could get some compensation for all of the effort I had to put in, I explained to them the possible damage to my pedestals which were unboxed there by the installers, as well as the issue with the hose I had to purchase from them. Their "compensation" barely covers the cost of the damaged hoses and does nothing for the hours I spent with customer service and days I spent waiting for something to show up only to have the appointment cancelled at the time they should be arriving. (My review for the washer install is gonna be similar) The installation staff being young did their best. I feel they and I were let down by Best Buy over all.
