It was good. The installers were quick and proessional.

The washer and dryer are good; however, we had an absolutely awful installation experience. The installers came several hours late, which happened to be about 6:30 on a Friday night. We were then unable to communicate with them and they kept saying "not my job" for the install. In the end, they left the equipment in the middle off the laundry room floor, half installed and completed destroyed our hard wood floors with deep grooves in the wood. When I called Best Buy, the rescheduled installers for a week later (who did a fantastic job), but we are still working with the claims people for the floors and still have not gotten reimbursed for the install that never happened. It has been a nightmare. The only positives are that the second install crew was great (and mortified to see the floors).

Service was great. Workers were kind and professional.

I love my Whirlpool dryer it gets very hot dry my clothes faster. It has a big deep tub as well I love that it has a wrinkle and fluff airflow I highly recommend whirlpool

The installation was done quick and professional. Also delivered early and on time.

Knowledgeable men with the tools and equipment needed. There were no hitches because these men had prepared in advance. All equipment was ready and they quickly installed everything as needed.

Overall, Mr Larry and the team are strategic with the installation of our LG stackable washer and dryer. He is an asset.

Dryer installation was done correctly but we could not close the laundry room door. Had to go and get a flexible exhaust line to suit the area.

The delivery crew were from a third-party company, not Best Buy. The dryer came off the truck damaged, the side panel was smashed in near the bottom (see picture). The damage was in the back so I was hoping it would not be a problem, but when we tried running the dryer for the first time, the drum was making contact with the inside of the smashed panel so it couldn't be used without repair. It took about a week for the replacement to come so we had to hang dry our clothes, which was alright to do short-term. We had a washer also installed with the original dryer so when they switched the dryers, rather than moving the washer out of the way, they scooched the dryer by, scratching the face panel of the washer in the process. They were quick installing and came on-time, but the damage they caused was frustrating.

The installers were actually early, punctual, and friendly.

Michael and Ryan did a fantastic job on my dryer delivery and installation. They notified me about what time they were coming by and were curious, kind and professional during the process.

They came by very professional very courteous set it up with no problems did not leave any kind of a mess cleaned up after they were done very happy with the customer service at Best Buy

I was very upset that they would not use the telescopic vent. It required a little trim which they said they couldn't do. Instead they installed a standard hose which now makes the dryer stick out just a bit too far and the garage door locking mechanism swipes across the corner creating a gauge in the metal. Not happy!

Installation was unacceptable. The Geek squad left my dryer improperly installed and not functioning. Further, there was no follow up or reconciliation for fees incurred due to the Geek squads incompetence. I've been emailing back and forth for over a month trying to get Best Buy to stand behind their customer service promises. I'm appalled as an elite plus member to be treated in this manner.

So far my insignia dryer is doing great. Easy controls and options, so glad there are not tons of options that I would never use

With the purchased equipment I have no problems but the installation was poorly done, the technician connected the water hose incorrectly and that generated a small flood in my house when I started the dryer. As a consequence I had to pay for carpets and walls to be dried to avoid future damage. The attention and work of the technicians is at -100/10. because with all the previous claims made I am not satisfied either. They must work on better training for their dispatch staff.

The service and delivery with setup was above all expectations

If I could give 0 stars I would. Installers showed up and blocked my neighbor’s driveway. We had cleared our driveway and garage for easy access. When we asked if they could move the truck and either block or use our driveway the installers said it would only be 15 minutes so they weren’t going to move it. Then they removed the old washer and dry and set the new one in place. The installer then said your hardware looks good so we don’t need to replace it so you can return the new hardware. I advised the installer that per Bestbuy the new hardware but be installed. The installer then said what ever and he would install the new hardware if that is what I really wanted. He then said he was done. My wife asked if they would test the machine to see if it leaked or anything. The installer said fine. He removed the drum lock and said there you go. My wife started it turned around and the installers were leaving without checking anything. All the packing material was left on the dryer. This is when I realized the steam kit was never attached because it was still in the dryer. So I looked behind the dryer and realized the exhaust pipe was also not hooked up. This is when I realized I never signed anything sayin I received the equipment or the old equipment was removed. I immediately called the Best Buy number provided in the install email. They were super nice but are telling me they can’t get anyone out to install until the following Tuesday 5 days later.
