Product is excellent! But the Total service stinks! Hence the 3 stars. First of all, I have been a Best Buy Total TECH member since 2021 when I bought my first set of LG appliances from Best Buy. Then along the way, Best Buy quietly and sneakily changed the Best Buy Total TECH to just Best Buy Total reducing membership fee by $20. But also removed the appliances install benefit. On top of that, the 3rd party team they contract with provide sub par service. An LG laundry center LEFT Vent install took them three (3) trips and still done wrong!!!!!!! I will look else where next time I need to buy appliances.

I had LG Wash Tower (WKGX201HBA) installed by the Geek Squad's 3rd party partner on May 5th, 2023. This product itself is excellent. However, the Geek Squad installation crew forgot to leave a big chunk of Styrofoam in the wash machine the should've been removed but they did not. I reported this issue to the Geek Squad customer service that there are extremely loud squeaky Styrofoam noises came from the wash machine when in wash and in the spin, they send technician on Monday, May 5th to investigate but did not look at it seriously and left the issue unresolved. I called the LG Service technician and came on Tue, May 9th, the technician looked at the details and we both saw a big chunk of Styrofoam in the wash machine that caucused the noise and fixed it. If I did not call the LG Service came to the rescue, this issue may have been remains unresolved and maybe put my condo in electric power hazards. I am so very disappointed to Best Buy and it's Geek Squad team. it's very shame on your team. Very very very disappointed to the Best Buy Geek Squad.

Very professional. Quick work and uses critical thinking skills

The installers came on time and did the best they could with what they had to get the washer/dryer unit inside my space, but my space is small. It took 3 tries for them to send someone who was small enough to connect my dryer with a smaller vent hose and get out from behind it so I could get my unit in the space I had. Each time they tried their hardest to help me, but I just had to have a small guy which I finally got. I am extremely happy with my washer/dryer unit! I can't get a door on the area any longer to close it off, but the unit is so nice looking that I really don't care. It is the LG all in one unit. I got a "Scratch and Dent" as no one will ever see the dent and the price was amazing!!!! I am totally satisfied!

Love this unit! It washes so good, better than expected. I always had top of the line washing machines that had all the bells and whistles and this one has basic modes, which is all I used anyways and washes just as good. The dryer is fast and I love the space saving size. I love LG!!

If I could give this zero stars I would. Geek Squad hooked my dryer cord up incorrectly, attaching one leg of the 220v circuit to ground. This caused the cord to smoke. The installers claimed the unit was faulty and had me call to schedule a replacement. I had a electrician come out and check it over, and after they hooked the cord up properly and repaired the melted plug, it worked fine. I contacted Beat Buy customer service and they were of little help. Basically told me “sorry, we’ll try to make sure it doesn’t happen again” See attached photos for how they installed it, and the damaged wiring. Note that the dryer has a color coded diagram on the back, which really should make this foolproof. I will give the installers credit for getting the unit in place quickly and without causing any damage to furniture or walls. Pretty disappointed, and even more so that customer service didn’t seem to care.

Jason and Larry were professional and on time. They communicated their arrival as expected. While in my home they were friendly, polite, and answered all questions. I observed the measuring of the spaces prior to actual delivery. They removed the old appliances and put the new center in place carefully. The installation was quick. They tested that the units worked and did not leak. All packing material was removed and the area was left clean. Their installation was top notch!

So far I’m loving my new Electrolux stackable front loading washer & dryer. I’m pleasantly surprised at how large the tubs are

Overall it serves my purpose. It was reasonable prise. Its noisyy but i just use it as needed.

The team was in a word, amazing. They installed our new stacked washer dryer combo with incredible efficiency and without any issues. The experience couldn’t have been better. We live in a 1700s vintage townhouse with narrow doorways and an open stairway leading to our basement laundry closet. The team was extremely careful navigating the path while carrying the units. We were amazed. The installation was in a narrow laundry closet with, as it turned out, only about an inch of clearance for the stacked units. Best Buy had visited our home in advance to ensure all would fit. Again, perfect coordination and zero issues. The hookup and final prep for use was seamless. The delivery professionals were thoughtful, creative and highly efficient in solving challenges. We couldn’t recommend them more highly. In the week plus since install all has continued perfect. Thank you Best Buy for providing “best service” as well. We’re very happy customers.

Austin & Diego did an amazing job of installing my LG wash tower into the tight closet. I’m still not sure how they managed to get it in there!! Both were professional, and very careful not to damage anything or scratch the floor, steps or wall. Truly amazing!!

Installation was wonderful and everything works. The installation crew did a great job and were professional.

We live in a 3 story townhouse. The laundry closet is on the 3rd floor and we have narrow stairs and no elevator. This crew got the old Kenmore/WP out and the new LG Washtower in with only a couple of minor scuffs of the stairwell. Clearance was only 1/16" at one point. They really did a fine job in a difficult access situation. Total time arrival to departure was 55 minutes. Oh, and they arrived exactly on time.

Purchased the LG Tower washer and dryer from BestBuy. I also purchased the installation service. It took a total of 3 appointments before the washer dryer unit was delivered. The FIRST appointment, the delivery team arrived at my home and said this is a 3-person team job because of the location of the laundry closet (Second floor). So I had to call BestBuy to reschedule with the request of 3-person team instead of the standard of 2-person team. 3 days passed and SECOND delivery happened but only 2-person showed up. The delivery person told me the same thing saying this is a 3-person job because of the location of the laundry closet (Second floor). I again had to call BestBuy to reschedule the appointment for the THIRD time. Another 3 days passed, the delivery team showed up with 2 guys and 1 supervisor (who was not involved in the installation work). Ultimately the 2 guys delivered the washer dryer unit to the second floor where the laundry closet is located and connected the unit. I was so excited that I finally have a washer and dryer. Then 3 weeks passed, the dryer's panel displayed an error code indicating the duct work is 75%-95% blocked! I was surprised given that I only have the unit for few weeks. Curious, I climbed up the unit and saw the dryer vent was badly smashed which contributed to this issue and there were dents on the washer and dryer. I called BestBuy with my concern and was told that the install team will be back out to replace the dryer vent. The 2-person team showed up 3 days later and looked at the problem then told me that the vent was not the correct type of vent to use for this install. I was disappointed because that was the only type of vent available via BestBuy and recommended by BestBuy. Of course, nothing was done that day and I again was told to call to reschedule the appointment but this time I have to purchase a flexible vent which is not available through BestBuy and I had to purchase from a hardware store. Another 3 days passed and appointment window passed, no show from the install team. No call from BestBuy telling me that either! I called BestBuy, came to found out installer was not available at the last minute. I got VERY disappointed and was told by the representative he would reschedule my appointment. I decided not to count on BestBuy install team. I reached out to a local professional company who does appliance installation. They replaced and installed the dryer vent properly in ONE HOUR. BestBuy is a good place to purchase appliances but I would recommend not to use their install service.

This delivery and install team was top notch. They arrived on time and they did a quick and professional install. They ensured everything was working and cleaned up all packaging materials before they left. My wife and I were very pleased with the results.

Installers were neat, professional, and courteous! They delivered my full size front loading, stacked washer and dryer very nicely. They hooked up the water lines and the steam line for wrinkle care. They hooked up the dryer vent. And they did no damage to the walls or floors of my house. Excellent job to the guys for their installation!

Overall good experience. Will do again excellent product

The whole process was excellent. The product beautiful. The two drivers that installed my washer and dryer were very professional.
