AS you can see in my photos the installers said that the wire will get softer and in a week or two it will go in flush, like my old oven. False, it has been almost 2 months and the wire is still hard as steel, can not even bend it. Very unhappy, plus I am recovering from surgery I only have one arm and hand

Installation has not been completed because of difficulty sliding range into counter space. We are trying to hire someone else to finish the installation.

This was delivered while I was not home. The neighbors kindly let them in to install. The delivery men did not notify me of a very evident scratch. I had to Oder a new one and get it delivered again

They didn’t install it they left everything in the middle of the house

Wasn’t installed on day it was delivered was told it would be when dish washer. Dish washer wasn’t installed either

No accommodation made for 220V outlet. Prohibits seating oven back against the wall creating a gap.

After a midnight delivery. Range was just plugged in. No safety brackets from wall to stove were left untouched.

Delivered with mice inside and cord was too long so the stove sits away from the wall.

Oven was damaged during installation and Best Buy hung up the phone every time I called to replace it

Terrible. Avoid BestBuy delivery and installation.

Couldn’t get stove in anti tip dig hole in new vinyl floor

I always buy my appliances from Best Buy because their Installation service is consistently outstanding. The team that came to install my new electric range was fast, efficient, and very professional. They answered all my questions patiently, tested the range right in front of me, and left the area perfectly clean and tidy. Everything worked flawlessly from the start. A truly smooth experience from beginning to end — highly recommend!

The installers were quick, professional, and knowledgeable. They installed the new range, wired it up, tested everything and ensured we were satisfied before hauling away the old one. Phenomenal service.

The delivery and installation team was great, however you need to stay on site and ensure each task is completed as per expectation. The microwave at first was installed crooked, one side was about half an inch lower. The installation team was unaware until I pointed it out. It was quickly corrected but had I not been paying attention they would of left without looking twice to check. After the mistake was corrected they started to use the leveler to ensure every appliance was leveled out with even space between cabinets.

The delivery and installation team was fantastic. They were on time, worked quickly, and were very professional. They installed the new electric range perfectly, made sure it was level, and tested it to confirm everything was working. They also hauled away the old appliance and left the kitchen clean. I'm very happy with the service.

What does it take to install a range? The first thing, I found out, is a 20 AMP outlet. Since my old range was hard wired, I was told that a new range required the new outlet. Do you do that, I naively asked? No, you have to get an electrician to do that. Okay, so what do you guys do exactly? We take away the old range, for a fee and we put the new one in its place and plug it into the new outlet-- and we will level the range if you remind us that that needs to be done. That said, the new range showed up and the boys doing this were extremely polite and they even noticed that the old vinyl flooring needed to be trimmed back so that the range would easily slide into its slot, which he did expertly in minutes with his box cutter. The new range fit like a glove. After the install and leveling, he spent a few minutes describing the features of the range, and reminded us that the first time we turn it on that the element will emit a smell which needs to be burned off and properly ventilated. I was very happy with the professionalism of the installers and they took great care when moving out the old one and bringing in the new one to make sure that it hit or scratched nothing. He explained that they had 19 stops that day. To that I was amazed. This is a hard job and they were very well trained to get the job done right. Scheduling the install after I got the new outlet took another entire week. Funny how popular these guys are this year, when just two years ago it took more than 6 months just to get a new range. I rate the installers as very good, doing a fine job, but think that there should be a person to speak to when you have questions about the installation and when they will arrive at your house exactly. They will only allow you to work online, which is okay for the young folks, but this had me a little out of my comfort zone which is why I only rate this as good rather than excellent. The installers are excellent, but not being able to coordinate the installation with a person is a negative for old fashioned folks like me.

I made sure to purchase the installation kit because my old range was very old and did not want to risk any issues with the old cord. The delivery and installation was amazing. The delivery man got the range in the kitchen and installed in about 15 minutes. I am so happy with Best Buy!

The installers came at 7:10 AM which was perfectly fine with me. They were polite, extremely careful and very professional. My driveway had just been painted and I explained that they couldn’t roll the oven over the driveway. They put on these this that linked both of them together with the stove in the middle and carried the unit directly into my home. Great invention! They also removed my existing stove and left it at the curb.

Installation was great. The delivery crew had to work around a very narrow door in my house but did so expertly. They also put in a lot of work to level the range to match my countertop.

I love the range, and it matches all my white appliances. It is simple and the price was excellent. I didn't need a fancy range, not to mention my new house was a costly expense, so I had to consider the cost of appliances. I only gave 4 stars because the power cord was left off the order and I couldn't use my new range for about a week. However, Best Buy acted quickly to get the power cord delivered and installed. I live in a rural area so that delayed installation. Best Buy has been my supplier for years and they always back up my purchases with great warranty.
