Purchased oven, after installed the door had a flaw. Could not replace the door had to order another Electrolux Oven. Was told this oven was discontinued and could not get me the newer model. So basically they sold me a discontinued model. Unbelievable!!!! I went to Home Depot and will never purchase appliances again from Best Buy!!!

I finally allowed myself to splurge on what I hoped to be a wonderful double oven during a long awaited kitchen remodel. Within one year, the blue lining started to flake and peel. I immediately called while under warranty and was told not to worry, it was normal and just cosmetic. After two years, there was a noticeable rusty area forming around the area above the concealed heating element. After three years, the bottom of the oven now has a hole and the heating element can be seen glowing through the crack. Although it is now out of warranty, I was willing to buy a new liner to salvage my $3,000 oven but it is NO LONGER AVAILABLE and even if it was, no one would be willing to repair because it is too complicated. Electrolux has offered me NOTHING, not even an apology. Thed did suggest that I discontinue using the oven. I now have a very expensive clock in my kitchen.

This is our second Electrolux double oven, like this one even more.
