So far so good. The feature we love best about this washer is the balancing. To purposely test the balancing technology of this washer, We’ve washed several loads with mixed density types of fabrics like thick towels, thin bedsheets, light and heavy comforters together that would never get done with our previous LG, Samsung and GE washers due to unbalanced load and this machine handled every single load. It used to frustrate my family when we hear our previous washers unable to get into spin mode and take a long time spinning forward and reverse slowly as they try to redistribute the load without much success and throw an error message and we usually end up manually removing and reloading the washers. Second feature we love is the 20 minute fast wash which really gets the clothes really clean! The ability to change the door hinge side and which way the door opens was also a big plus. We bought the most basic one as we learned from the past that we never used the extra “bells & whistles “ features with our previous washers so why pay extra?
