This poor review is more of Best Buy rather than the unit itself. Really frustrating experience. Purchased an Electrolux washer and dryer with stainless steel drums. Dryer was delivered with white painted steel. Wasted a second day waiting for them to deliver the correct dryer for them to arrive late, missed an entire day of work, and they delivered the exact same WRONG dryer. You can't get hold of a GM or anyone other than a basic supervisor in the store. They had me send to an email list that allegedly goes to the GM. Has been over a week and a follow-up email and not only has no one had the courtesy to acknowledge the email, but | still have no path to resolution.
Posted a question about the drum material, and an Electrolux representative responded back that it should in fact be stainless steel and does not have a white coating on it.
The store’s response is I need to take it up with the 800 number for Best Buy, which I’ve tried to call multiple times and cannot get a supervisor to reply back to me. So what we have here is a brick and mortar store that is unwilling to go and help their customers. Do not buy here if you want any type of product support at all.

This was the only dryer that would fit in our space as it is not as tall as competing dryers.

Purchased my first set of Electrolux washer and dryer 20 yrs ago. Just replaced them and still am impressed with the quality and performance.

This dryer dries so fast and good. The one it replaced was a new builder installed. Before with towels or covers you would have to pull them out flip them around. This dryer dries completely even bulky items. I wish best buy sold electrolux complete line. I would luv to get there range and dishwasher

I believe I might have received a faulty dryer it would stop spinning and the only setting that would dry was sanitize . Returned it and purchased a different one

The worst buying experience of my life. Never again from these people. Wrong item 3 times, can't understand the people on the phone.. literally hours of my life wasted

Bought this to replace a 13 year old Hotpoint. Developed a vibration from the back of the machine within three loads and one day of use - I'm guessing a roller at the back of the machine. Electrolux takes two weeks to send someone to look at it. Does not give me a good feeling that this machine will last. Otherwise, it does dry reasonably quickly (slower than my old machine, but I assume it is more efficient). Clothes do come out dry using default cycles other than heavier items that require dry boost. Steam seems to help with static and wrinkles. I'd give it a higher rating but I cannot trust a machine that's defective on day one.
