The dryer has nice features however I found the steam cycle does not produce steam so I am not satisfied it is working. The auto feature has not been accurate and stays on after clothes have dried.

Do Not Buy Electrolux or Frigidaire.
My Dryer came broken. Best Buy would not take it back 16 days after purchase after I was done trouble shooting it at their recommendation. Their store policy says fifteen days for orders made over phone, they consider them "online".
Electrolux warranty department is a scam. They have been sending people out to fix it from May until now. Then they gave up, and this best buy rejected their replacement coupon. So no new unit. Now they want to give me back my original purchase price, minus tax, minus deliver and are requiring that if I accept the check I must take it to the transfer station my self and pay an extra fee to decommission it. I have been on the phone with them 30 times or more and have wasted so much time. Still 4 1/2 months after purchase I am hanging clothes on the line and hoping they give me some of my money back.
Do not buy anything from Electrolux or Frigidaire!!!

Love this washer & dryer set. We liked the over all size of the drum and the amount of items you could dry at one time. Love all the settings we have to choose from & the color is fabulous!

I have used an Electrolux Washer for years and decided to get the dryer.
It was amazing for the first year to be exact. It was delivered the second week of May 2024, June 4th 2025 it started making weird noises and not drying.
Spending $1300 and it did not even last one year is crazy to me. Electrolux does not care. If you have a family and actually need to use your dryer, I would not purchase this.
