Amazing travel mug

I leave home at 7:00 am and I can't drink my coffee until 10:00 am. When I am ready to drink my coffee it is always warm and the best part is I can pick how warm I want it. I like my coffee warm, very warm.

Nice techy coffee mug

The store manager was nice and gave me the lowest price possible in means of making the sale. The product is great and pairs perfectly with the Ember app. Highly recommend if you're anything like me and are on the go and tired of your coffee/tea getting cold. It's literally perfection in a cup.

This is messy and twnd to spill additionally it is dangerous because you take your eyes off road to do this. Instead the lid should have a easy open slot to pour out of the lid like most travel cups have.

The standard lid can be pressed in the middle to lock open for sipping without having to be removed! Not a fan of the leakproof lid that comes with the mug. It is hard to clean. I recommend the sipping lid…at $199 per travel mug the sipping lid should be included.

Few bugs, but still love it

Customer service excellent, replaced my lid after the spring broke.
