Easy to drink from without spilling or getting burned . Easy to control the amount of coffee and excellent closure mechanism on the lid.

It works well but the only issue we have is connectivity to the mobile app. My smaller mug never has issues but this travel mugs disconnects on occasion.

It runs out of battery within an hour and a half unlike advertised. At the lowest setting it's supposed to last for minimum 3 hours. This is not the case. for about an hour and a half you have good hot coffee on a lower setting. Then it's over. She's done. Not worth it for what you get.
