The ability to use Bluetooth to control and monitor the temperature is a keeper. Definitely recommend.

It worth 1/4 of the price if it is not defective

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.looks nice with all LED's, Bluetooth and app. Exactly a day after it is not returnable (40 days), after using it maybe 4-5 times, stopped heating up. every 5 seconds it restarts, without giving the chance to reset, or connect to the app. A regular insulated mug has this ability to keep the coffee warm for 4-6 hours with 1/10 of the price . this one is so energy inefficient that without turning it on it makes a warm coffee cold in an hour. when it was working in its best, it can keep the coffee warm for 3 hours! really?! do we need 200 bucks mug with battery and app to keep our coffee warm for 3 hours?!

Ember Mug - lid broke

I pushed it down to open the top, and it broke. I forgot to buy the insurance, but I highly recommend it if you buy this cup as it is not cheap.
