Lid Issue and Poor Customer Service

Getting in contact with Customer Service was nearly impossible and there was no contact with a human being offered. This is a hunk of garbage that costs a lot of money; do not buy it!!!

A Great Product, backed by great customer service

Not only that but the customer service behind this product is some of the best I've ever experienced. If you have any type of problem at all with the product you just email them and they get back to you quickly and have helped me solve any issues that have come up. Please don't mistake this for there are lots of problems, more so self inflicted issues and this company went above and beyond to solve them for me! I couldn't be happier and we now own 3 different Ember devices.

Some might call this arrogant, to play god so casually. I call it strength. I am stronger now than I ever was as a child. I can lift over 60 pounds and my shirts are all stretched out because of my big giant muscles. What child can do that? Not yours, certainly. So enough with the questions. Just give me my coffee, and I will keep it hot. Because I can now, with my very expensive mug.
