    Well fitting unit. Excellent cooling for my living room , hallway ( about 370 sq’). Pretty quiet and has a dehumidifier option. Definitely recommend. Best Buyalso delivered quickly and the delivery person offered to set it wherever I requested.

    I purchased this AC because it was supposedly quiet however it is anything but. It is actually quite loud. Thankfully it cools the room quick so I can shut it because I can't stand the loudness.

    I like the various settings. Especially the ability to turn off the lights on the unit at bedtime. It is very quiet, something very important to me since it is in the bedroom.

    when the air conditioner arrived the packaging was good but after open the box, there were two of the left side panels and no right side. Luckily I was able to find a right side panel from an old one opposed to sending it back and having to wait for a new one to come. But over all the air conditioner itself runs smoothly enough for now after one use.

    It does the job as far as cooling a medium size room, not much more than that. Settings are a little strange compared to other units I've had before. Can't seem to get the remote to work properly. It is not very quiet, have to turn up the volume way up on the TV in the same room to be able to hear it.

    Got it and a screw was not even on it and it wasn’t blowing cold air and can’t get in touch with customer service due to them “moving to the us”

    I tried to do my homework and choose the Emerson Quiet Kool be cause I thought it would be "QUIET". I hate this air conditioner and cant wait to return it. Sleep mode isn't helping so Im sleeping with ceiling fan in a heat wave. Btw the one I received is not like the one pictured.
