This item does it's job, which is all I expected from it, so I'm satisfied with it.

This product is very well made. The only concern I have is losing the cap to cover the usb connector, since i keep it on. Other than that, i love using it on all my apple devices.

The service agent was rude and very condesending, I spoe with the man at the door about her and he was understanding but unable to do anything but pass it on. Nothing came of it follow up or otherwise. Deal breaker for me with Best Buy will look elsewhere first based on this experience.

Very effective and efficient for data storage, highly recommended.

A little bit difficult to sync and work with third party apps, good for backing up photos and videos on IPhone. No support or customer care help from manufacturer when failing to connect with Dropbox which was the reason I purchased it. Overall less than worth it.

I bought it on sale and felt it was worth it. The design and usage is comfortable, practical and effective. As a first time user I was gravely disappointed could not find a manual to learn how to use it or co. No. To reach out for help. They never answered my email. I went to geek squad for help and they were great. I returned the product because it's not worth having a product thats no supportted by its own company

I was looking for a drive that would backup photos, contacts, etc from my Iphone which has an Otter case, and it does.

It does exactly what it's supposed to and it allows me to transfer pics and music from my phone to my Jeep easily.

This is a wonderful item for taking pictures off your phone and then downloading them to your computer.

Good concept, attach external device and expand memory capabilities of your iOS device. In reality the app was poor and I returned the unit. I bought it with the intent that my wife could transfer her camera roll off her iPhone to free up space to take more pictures at a dance recital. I found that the instructions were poor and was only able to copy photos. If I wanted to free space I would then need to go to the camera roll and delete individually. The photos I did copy were viewable when I connected the drive to my pc. May work for the right application, but not for what I purchased for.

I haven't used it yet but was told by several people that it is a great protect to have!

I got this to transfer pictures to my phone and from my phone great device and handy

I foolishly threw away the packaging for this product because it looked simple enough. My bad, it's not intuitive at all and requires an app download that isn't prompted like similar products. You HAVE to know the name of the app, did I mention my bad? After finding the app though, there is nothing that really guides the user through the process. I bought this to get some pics off an old iPhone and after waiting over an hour after choosing the pics to download.....I don't think anything happened! I'll try again when I have a couple hours to kill.
