Factory defects. Some of the keyboards are faulty

It seems my laptop has a factory defect. Am so disappointed, when I noticed that some of the keyboards are failing. The Geek Desk has fixed it and hope it's been fixed for good. It's. It a good experience at all.

Overall Decent

Slow to open web sites, pages needing to be refreshed because I'm unable to click on things, etc. I also feel like the keyboard should be bigger for the amount of extra space that's on the laptop.
