    I had to turn it in for repairs. It seems my laptop has a factory defect. Am so disappointed, when I noticed that some of the keyboards are failing. The Geek Desk has fixed it and hope it's been fixed for good. It's. It a good experience at all.

    Specifications are nice, however I've had it for less than a week and it's already lagging. Slow to open web sites, pages needing to be refreshed because I'm unable to click on things, etc. I also feel like the keyboard should be bigger for the amount of extra space that's on the laptop.

    So much progress has been made : ) Great price, beautiful machine, "space age" specs. I travel for work, and this machine is portable and powerful luxury for when I am away from home.
