1st time changing out the black ink cartridge and glad to say it was easy, I like the individual cartridges of ink because we don't print too often and the big cartridges dry out.

no issues when purchasing genuine epson ink products from best buy. It is not refurbish, not old stock, and works fine in my epson printer.

Printing looks good but the cartridges don't last very long. This may be because they are a little cheaper than some of the competitor products.

Epson ink is great! It lasts much longer than my brother ink did. only thing is the printer machine is a bit time-consuming to load the ink other than that great product!

The product was on par for what I expected. There aren't too many things you can say as this is replacement ink. It was full and is working, so I am happy.

The ink prints out black like it is supposed to. The cartridges don't last very long so if you do a lot of printing get the XL cartridge.

I only use Epson for my photo projects (prints, posters, T-shirts, printed CDs and DVDs). You get what you pay for, and Epson printers and inks always produce for me.

Always wise to have a back up of black ink. When color is low you can print using greyscale. Epson ink is the best for Epson printers. Prints quality documents.

No issues with the cartridge. Sometimes with another brand i had provlems inserting the catridge. But that did not happen with Epson.

I like the ink I purchased from Epson. I will only buy the name brand. It has the best quality and makes my printing look great! Will recommend product to others.
