    I gave two stars for the frustration with an Epson printer. I could not get either of my WF-2540 printers (two business locations) to print black. Found the answer (yahoo answers) finally. Need to "print to image" in order to print a PDF. Works for other docs also. But with other docs, I could set to a color other than black (ie. dark gray) and it would print the words/numbers. Otherwise, when I tried to print anything in black, I got a blank page!
