3rd Eufy robovac

They’re accurate, efficient, easy to use. This new one is not as impressive. It doesn’t have sensor on the front so it will run over anything and everything, Eufy cust svc recommends lifting cords and programming areas. I’ve done this but there still are inevitable things on the floor (like when sitting on the couch my feet) which it will run right over. I get it- I can lift my feet but the point is that it seems the technology is just lesser than my older ones. The auto emptying is a nice feature and the app using room zones works well.

Now the vacuum is dead and I can’t do anything with it. Eufy customer service is a joke and keeps sending me the same troubleshooting steps. I can’t troubleshoot a vacuum with a dead battery that has a station that won’t charge anything.

I have noticed that it has trouble getting up cat litter tracked on floor and some other bigger pieces, but the fine stuff comes up easily. You will have a lot of maintenance, especially if you have long hair. I have to take out the hair tangled in the brushes after every time it runs. But this does not take a long time, as you only have one screw to take out. And if you have pets that shed a lot, you will go through bags faster that what they advertise. But it is awesome to not have to vacuum!!!
