    I purchased several of these cameras. Initially I was very pleased. But just over a year (conviently AFTER the warranty expires) I’ve had several issues. I had to replace one camera due to water getting inside the camera. Another camera’s battery wont hold a charge no matter how many times I recharge it. Another camera literally fell apart, firt the lense fell off then part of the frame. Its not worth the hassle or the money to constantly replace them. I don’t recommend them.

    Issue with battery depleting very fast. Solar does not charge the battery. Customer service was contacted via email and did not help. Escalate the issue but did not help much. Will avoid this product.

    It does not hook up to our WiFi! After spending 0ver 150.00 you want to charge us to send someone to our house to help fix it????? You can’t talk to anyone but your stupid call center who don’t know their butt from the ceiling, I am ready to return it!

    Buy it if you don't care about post customer serv

    Gentlemen, if you're considering a home security system, I strongly advise against Eufy. While their products may initially seem appealing, their customer service has been consistently disappointing. Countless reports of slow response times, unhelpful solutions, and even outright disregard for customer concerns have plagued their reputation.
