    Love Eufy - except this one.

    Picture quality is great, but I wasn't able to get it set up properly in the app. I had multiple deliveries and the camera never sent me a notification. Then, suddenly, the alarm went off, surprising me and my dog, and there was no one there to set it off. Over a period of two weeks I spent probably 2-3 hours trying to get the settings and notifications set to where I wanted them (ie: send a notice to my phone when there's activity). My other Eufy cameras are amazing, but this one does does not set up the same.

    Cameras often become offline for no reason. Cameras are not water-proof as advertised. Recording features are poorly available. Also cameras do not connect to WIFI easily when setting up. Do not recommend.

    will stop charging from solar

    They were good at the beginning but after 6 months the batteries will not charge from solar

    Camera sucks

    I am not happy with the performance of this units, it takes 4ever to see a picture after it has give an alert, also everytime you look at an alert the stupid thing keeps taking pictures of the review of the alert , totally sucks must likely I’ll be returning these items

    Does not send alerts to my phone or record. Live view quality great. But pointless if it wont detect people or record when motion is sensed.

    This was a backup camera so I went with this old version. I should have bought the newer version because this stopped working after 2-3weeks. Unfortunately, I was not able to return it on time because I was working out of state.

    How fast the battery runs out on the camera. The Solar part of the camera is a hit or miss is sometimes charges

    I don't like this camera. I am going to return it because the connection with the internet is so weak and the videos are choppy.

      If possible, please try the following steps to see if the issue persists:
      -Make sure the device is connected to 2.4GHz Wi-Fi
      -Make sure wi-fi password doesn't have ANY SPACES
      -Please try to turn off the firewall setting on your router
      -Make sure port 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 in router have not been disabled
      -Try performing setup on a different mobile device
      -Perform a hard reset on your device by holding down the “SYNC” button for 8 seconds, waiting 30 seconds and
      repeating the setup process. Save important videos before resetting device.
      -Try to connect the camera via mobile data on the phone, you may need two phones. Enable the hotspot on A phone and connect B phone to the hotspot, then try to connect the camera to the hotspot
