A fair review

I only put up a review because the other one on here seemed unfair (poor rating because of inability to dance). There is a great review on amazon for this one -- and I won't repeat all that's there -- its long, thorough and fair.
The game's fun -- definitely a party game. There are 3 levels of choreography per song -- so if you're not that great, you can select a lower level.
It plays the video for the song you're dancing to and you can replace yourself in the 'sub-tv' that has the video going. It has a bunch of modes and a good amount of fun.
So, as far as cons go -- there are some very feminine routines, which can be a bit awkward for a man to do. On there other hand, there are some others that are very masculine. If you don't take it too seriously -- just in it for a good time -- you suck it up and do the fe/male dances and laugh at how goofy you look when it plays the replay back.
Speaking of the reply -- you can upload them to facebook and another site (forgot which one) -- which is probably pretty funny to share (I personally hide our videos and intent to keep them in house).
So -- I say if you have a ps3 and move its a good game and enjoy it.

This is a very fun game to play whether you are in it for the exercise, or just the experience. It offers a pretty good challenge, and you can't fail!
Motion tracking is right most of the time; but can lose synch for no reason on occasion. The picture footage at the beginning of a song gives a false impression on how much is being captured; watching the replay afterwards shows that it captures a larger area.
Song selection is good, not fond of some of the songs but music is a very difficult thing when it comes to audience preference. DLC packs on the store force you to buy 4 songs at a time for nine dollars, they should have made individual song purchases.

Not bad of a dance game. Could have been better. There are some cool songs old and new. A fun game over all. Bring home some good dance work out with Play Station Move!

Everybody Dance is not really for "Everybody"

Bought this game to play with our whole family. I admit, I am definitely not a dancer! But, thought maybe the game would be fun. It is very difficult for those of us who are not already good dancers. My kids seem to like it, but they found it extremely difficult to follow the dancers on screen also. We played it once and haven't tried it again because it was too difficult and not really very fun. Also, the song selection is not very good. Thought there would be more choices and more variety.

This has been a fun way to learn to dance and get some exercise. Song selection is great.
