Roku always works great. Easy to use. Set up was very easy and the picture is great.

I had the first generation Roku and this one is so much better. The old one was actually not supported by some of the new apps. With the Express 4K, it is faster and better yet this Roku costs less than any of the others I looked at. I have not yet tried the voice remote, but I still recommend this as being an excellent buy.

I bought this to replace the amazon firestick and it is so much better. The firestick was slow and cumbersome with the Roku it is so much faster. The setup is easy and accessing your stuff is so much better. The only thing is activating your streaming services on the Roku which is normal for any streaming devices.

Great buy, easy to connect and use. The main reason I purchased it was because it has the spectrum app. So I’m happy with it

Best Buy had a great deal. Store was organized and stocked. I was in and out. If you cut the cable tv and kept internet service, get this instead of OTA antenna. Easy setup, remote controls my TV and I can also use an app if I can't find the remote...

Bought this to replace our Amazon fire stick. It was a GREAT trade in! I love how the little box can be fixated onto the TV instead of a large box being placed under the TV. Easy to use. Only dislike is that I can't seem to connect the remote control to the TV.

The streaming unit works as it's meant to, but it does get hot. It's best to lay the unit on it's side to keep it cool. The voice remote is extremely convenient to use. Some streaming channels requires a monthly subscription. But even without the pay subscriptions, you still could get a lot of free movie channels. I prefer this unit than the roku stick bcuz one of my TV's HDMI port is on the bottom and the roku stick won't work. The roku stick works well with the HDMI port on the side of the TV. Another reason I prefer this unit over the Roku stick is bcuz the stick also gets hot. And I'm a bit concern that it's placed directly on the TV rather than away from it like the Roku Express.

4K+ Roku Express has been a lifesaver for me! It works very well - it seamlessly picked up as a 3rd input on my Roku TV (in which the Roku built in must be outdated and the updates are not working so it is useless). Not only does the picture quality impress me, but the voice remote works well. 2 Thumbs up!

I have both Roku and Amazon Fire sticks and media players. Roku is superior on all fronts. Much faster, far more durable to heat and cold and runs well far more consistently. It's too bad that Roku isn't built into more tv's. Amazon Fire is simply a cheaper substitute and you get what you pay for. I cannot recommend Roku enough. Especially if you're trying to teach your parents how to stream.
