Good product easy set up. One issue is adding local news station app. The device doesn't pick up the free streaming app.

My Roku was 7 years old and I was constantly getting the "need more memory to load faster" message. I'm glad I purchased this new model. Is a slim little case that can be attached (adhisive strip included) to the tv and it looks like part of the tv. Channels loading fast.

I am a die hard Roku fan. I have 2 Roku TVs and one Samsung tv with a Roku device. My Samsung tv experienced audio skipping and I believe it was due to using WiFi 3G. So I purchased this new Roku device which supports both WiFi bands 3G and 5G. Using the Roku in 5G mode resolved the audio skipping problem. It could have been the age of the older device, but it was time to upgrade Roku has many channels with free content. However I never used firestick or Apple TV so nothing to compare. But that’s ok because I satisfied with Toku

No problems so far. Remote controls tv which is nice. It feels pretty warm but doesn't affect the unit at all.

I purchased the roku over the firestick becase of the price, but I’m glad I did the setup was so much easier and the OS is iser friendly.

Salesperson was knowledgeable and represented the product well. product performed as advertised. learning curve on how to navigate and find the options. available. Does more than I expected.

Easy to set up. Easy to navigate and down load apps. This is my 3rd one purchased.

Works like it is suppose to. I like the voice command, and tv controls on this model. Makes watching tv so much easier. Like all Roku products, this one is excellent.

Switched from firestick to roku and so far it's much better , and less glitchy than firestick. I missed half a football game with firestick due to mandatory download junk. This has been so much smoother and less frustrating than all the firesticks I had

I had a hard time getting Net Flex before I got a Roku, now I have not problem. I am very happy with this iteem.

This product worked as it should. The setup was easy and quick. We were able to connect to our Roku account and wifi with no issues.

Had it for almost a month now and it’s worked great. I bought it for my projector and it’s worked just as advertised for a good price. Definitely recommend.

AFTER GETTING THROUGH THE INITIAL SETUP WHICH TOOK A BIT OF WORK AND REWORK, I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THIS ROKU AND REMOTE. AT SOME POINT IT HAD SOME PROBLEMS BUT WHEN I FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTIONS AND RESET THE SYSTEM AND RE-INSTALLED IT ALL WORKED FINE.

Perfect little travel buddy in my opinion. Especially if you have multiple streaming services, this is a great investment.

This Roku device works great. Highly recommend. I previously used a Fire stick and was unhappy with its performance. Roku is so much better. I wish I had started using it years ago.

Needed a way for my mom to watch streaming channels.. she has an older smart tv.. but couldnt get all the newer channels. The roku works perfect!

I was having issues with the apps, especially Hulu, on my older smart tv. Lots of buffering and other issues. I decided to see if this Roku would help eliminate some problems. I’m happy to report that it did! It’s a cheap fix if you’re having similar problems.
