Some of the usage issues may be related to how the "smart" TV works, but I find this not as easy to use as the older model. This wants to default to the Roku channel when I try to access the device, which is usually NOT the channel I want to view.

This easy to set up device actually does enhance the tv picture and picked up my wi-fi instantly ! Good product, no buyers remorse here.
