We change batteries twice a month and we use energizer batteries.

Otherwise, the Roku is working well for me, and it does what it says it will do within it's stated capabilities. I know of no other product that is better for my needs.

Despite being out of site and inside of a wooden storage area I have had no issues with remote reception.

I don’t need any subscriptions because it preloaded with tons of entertaining shows. I had a fire stick before bit this Roku is so much better

She was mad, fought me the whole way pretending she couldn't figure out the 7 buttons on her remote (her old remote had, like, 500). But now that she's softened her stance, she loves it, finding all of her favorite shows from every TV era.
