I love Roku. Very few TV channels around where I live. With Roku I can get all the channels I love. Netflix, Tubi. Roku has unlimited channels and they have the written version fot the hearing impaired.

Not to expensive the gentleman that waited on me was very knowledgeable and helpful and my 8 year old granddaughter showed me how to use it

Great affordable way to "Cut the Cord" and still allow all the TV's to have identical remotes

I bought this for an elderly friend and it’s so easy for her to use.

Well I love this device I have one in every room it’s better than cable I would recommend if you don’t own a Roku box you should get one Would I love about it has a apps for every in the whole entire family

Great - would have purchased another unit, only Best Buy store (Signal Hil, LB CA) said they were 'out-of-stock" ,,,oh well ... how about the new ROKU TV ? When/if will Best Buy carry this item ??

This seems to work just fine. I bought it for a television in the guest bedroom for my cousin who was coming to visit. She couldn't figure out how to use it, but I think it wasn't the fault of the product.

Great little box! Roku interface is just the best, and I’ve bought this version more than once for TVs that have their own OS, but I like Roku better. Great WiFi signal! Price is great as well.

So glad I made this purchase. I needed to upgrade my flat tv's for my Airbnb but wasn't ready to make a big-ticket purchase and buy Smart tv's. This was definitely a cost-effective buy. This little device provided me with all the options of a smart tv without the smart tv cost.

Good just wish numbers were on the remot controls. Which would make it alot easier to turn tv with out scrolling through ever channel

The basic install is easy. I did have to reload several subscription services. I’m not sure what on the new ROKU was so memory consuming but after setting up the new device one of my other ROKUs stopped working due to lack of memory space! I had to remove several unused icons until it came down to a workable “memory” level!

This product was useless. I brought it home, hooked it up, and the first thing was a continuous error screen telling me the HDMI cable was not sufficient. It was the HDMI cable that came in the box. So I gave it a new HDMI cable. The next error message was “the tv didn’t have enough power to run the unit.” It wasn’t connected to the tv. It was connected to the wall plug with the usb and usb plug that came in the box. Everywhere I plugged it in, the same message came up. Nothing had enough power to run it - it was the usb that came with the unit. Yet, it was powered on with the useless HDMI cable but programming couldn’t be watched. Bottom line, useless. We hooked up the old Roku and used the new remote. We could not use the new unit, the included HDMI cable, or the usb power source.

It’s an easy to use remote, but mine dies every two days and I have to recharge it

I’m not sure what happened to Roku, but it restarts all the time. My old one was 12 years old and I figured that’s why it started doing that. When I upgraded to a new one and it’s shutting down in the middle of streaming and there are no power outages, it says I have a strong signal, my apt is 630 sqft, the modem is 10 ft away and everything else is working fine, it leads me to believe that the internet isn’t the issue but the Roku box. Quite disappointing, especially since the other didn’t have this issue until it was 12 years old!

I bought this to cut the cable. I am gad I did. It gives me a lot more flexibility. Had to get accustomed to it after having cable for soo many years.
