    I've had a few Roku devices over the years. This is the first one where the remote gave me issues. The volume up button was very inconsistent. Luckily Roku agreed to send me a replacement. Overall happy with Roku

    Great player. I use Roku all throughout my house because it was the only thing I could find that was compatible with Directv.

    I miss what I could do with my old remote. . .that is toggle between two channels. Of course you had to be on regular cable to do this instead of streaming, but it was a super feature. The rewind works better on cable too.

    I am not crazy about the remote. 2 things I don't like, the mute button is right where you hang onto it and I am constantly muting it unintentionally. 2 it has all the streaming providers right under the pause, fast forward and reverse buttons and it is hard to function in the dark. Otherwise it's okay.

    We had a fire stick and service was slow. Roku service is much faster and compatible with our internet service.
