    Functions as advertised. Many extra clicks to get to where I want. Wish there were number buttons so I could select a specific channel more easily. That said, it is much more economical than "renting" a tuner box from Xfinity or ATT.

    Easy to use, perfect for my 78 yr old mother, my only complaint is they are losing YouTube and Prime Video apps plu I keep having to reauthenticate apps every time they updatr

    I had it returned bc all the apps I already have on my tv. Thought I could use ito watch live tv without subscription but have to sign up for subscription for live tv.

    First, I'm 89 years old and did not grow up with all this high tech stuff, but I was able to install this Roku without help. I am still learning how to use the voice command. It is very slow to start up, with a "No Signal"warning, but if I wait about twenty seconds it connects. Not as easy to use as a controller with channel buttons but I am getting the hang of it. My wife may never figure out how to find her channels, too confusing for her. Overall I am pleased with it because it eliminates the $10 per month charge for Spectrum's cable box, but it is far from perfect.

    This product works well if you prefer the box instead of the hdmi stick. IMO it’s a better option.
