I was patient for more than 60 days trying to break it in hoping the buttons would stop sticking or start working better. You have to press extremely hard so I had to order a replacement.

This is the 2nd Roku box I've bought but the voice activiation did not work on this box, even after resetting it. So that was disappointing.

Can't tell about the 4k feature as the tv isn't 4k but the features and the options on the device are excellent.

She said the chromecast i bought was "off brand"...middle schoolers sigh...its pretty nice but the set up, log in apps ect. is a real pain, not alot of qr codes which sucks
