    The Roku itself works great. However, the remote control was broken right from the start. You couldn't scroll to the right. Seems to have been a big issue with this particular model.

      Hi Anon, Help is here! If you're having trouble with your Roku remote, try these steps: First, reset your Roku remote. Locate the pairing button at the back of your and press and hold for at least 20 seconds Then, restart your Roku device, replace or recharge the batteries, and try to re-pair your voice remote to your streaming device.     Very easy to set up. I was surprised at the number of free channels already available and easily downloaded a couple of free apps. Netflix button is great.

    I’m purchased product to be use out the U.S., but channel options is limited. Enjoy using for Netflix and YouTube mainly.

    Works great except that it can overheat streaming 4K content. Got a couple of little fans to blow on it and it has been fine ever since.

    I don't think Roku is a 5 star product until they get their problems worked out with YouTube. There's a way to get to YouTubeTV, but it's cludgy and silly, and if they remove YouTube from Roku entirely, then that work around won't be available to new users. Do lots of reading before deciding on your streaming device. Having said all that, the product itself gets 5 stars. I really like the design of the remote.

    Great product that works well on older full hd tv. Also I'm retiring my Spectrum cable box as the app works great on Roku.

    It a Roku....need to see if i can get the sound controls to work with my soundbar....if i cant then might not be worth the extra money.

      Your Roku Voice Remote Pro is designed to control volume and power for your TV. It cannot directly control other devices connected to your TV, such as an audio/video receiver (AVR) or soundbar.

      However, your TV may be able to issue volume commands to your AVR or soundbar using a technology called HDMI CEC. In these cases, your new remote can indirectly control volume for your AVR or soundbar. For this to work, all your devices must be connected via HDMI, and all devices must support HDMI CEC and have this feature enabled.

    It's okay. The right button has always been sticky but now it doesn't work at all.
