Bought my Roku today. Thought I had bought the Roku stick but bought the Roku streaming player by accident. So far its the best accidental by. It is my firat day using it and I love it. Needed my living room tv to become a smart tv and my Roku has done the trick. I have a tv that is about 8 years old and the picutre is great.

Roku is probably the best deal in entertainment. Plug it in, connect it to your Wi-Fi and enjoy several free channel options. It also delivers 4K offerings from your subscription service in a clear, crisp format.

I purchased this Roku version for the voice remote because my Mom has eye problems and it works great. Picture quality is excellent. One drawback was the HDMI cord it came with. It is very short and mine did not work. It made the picture jumpy and the picture kept going on and off. I had a spare HDMI cord that was longer and that fixed the issue. I love all the free channels that you get and do not have to pay a monthly fee to use them. This us great for anyone wanting to save some money on their subscriptions.

Honestly works exactly the same as a Roku TV. I got this because I was given a free TV screen and it was super easy to set up, even easier than my Roku tv. Just had to connect it to the TV and power and it’s good to go!

Great bang for the buck turning a dumb tv into a smart tv or keeping your smart services separate from your household devices. Keep it with you when you travel or disconnect it when you don't want people to have access to your accounts or history.

This smart TV control unit works better than the cable remote. It works reliably pressing the buttons once from a distance and over time. It comes with a USB connection cables to make a dumb TV smart.

Works as advertised. Very well programmed. Tried it on multiple TV's. Might have to try multiple HDMI ports to see which one works. TV issue, not a Roku issue. Plan on buying more for other TV's. Love that it can handle Apple Screen Sharing as well.

We're a Roku/Chromecast house, and i picked this one up for a TV in my workout room as i wanted to use just one remote to control the TV and Roku, but needed more flexibility than the sticks were giving me. The device is fast, works with my panasonic plasma TV and has decent WiFi range. Five stars.

As a TV streaming device, this is ROKU device is hard to beat on value although I like the Apple TV experience because it is easier to understand and use. This Roku device includes an RF remote with voice control. Like the dedicated buttons to Apple TV+, Hulu, Disney, and Netflix. I really like that it supports AirPlay2 at a much lower cost than an Apple TV. Does not have a dedicated app for YouTubeTV although this can be accessed through Google’s YouTube app. History of carriage dispute issues with various providers is an issue.

Works like a charm. Works better than my older Roku 3.

I have an old plasma Panasonic TV and the Roku instantly turned it into a smart TV. It was easy to set up the remote to work with the TV and it is easy to add new apps. The picture quality is great even on an old TV. I highly recommend it.

For the price, you can’t beat the value here. I remember spending much more for previous versions of the Roku with less features. My family is very happy with this product.

I have been a Firestick user for years. Recently decided to try Roku and I like it. It is fast and the choice of things to watch is incredible. I do wish the volume was on top of the remote instead of on the side (not a deal breaker).

Definitely an upgrade over the built-in app store on my parents Panasonic TV. Quick, responsive and comes with a remote that also controls TV functions.
